9/11/25 I have no idea why I came back here but the day shift used to be less issues than night shift. Placed a mobile order to pickup. Line in drive thru, go in and there thereâs several people waiting. Thereâs at least 4 staff standing sounds looking clueless and one asks what I need and then says you another staff (without ever replying to me my order status if anything) âidk what these mobile orders are we have only 1. What do we have in drive thruâ and the staff with headset on âIdk, I didnât ask anyone their name.â đ¤âď¸I literally had somewhere to be at a deadline and couldnât wait- I walked out and cancelled my order. mind you no one ever spoke to me about my order and walked off but I could hear them talking about how they had no idea whatâs going on- but literally no one was being served inside or drive thru. The Wendyâs app never confirm my order was cancel I never got a receipt email for the order but my money was gone. I call the store (they answer âhelloâ like itâs their house) to ask for confirm & they âwe donât know the order just stays on our end and never goes away even if you cancel. We wonât know if the orders cancel. You have co call support for Wendyâs app-only they can check if it was cancelled and to get your refundâ - what the actualâŚmakes no sense. I call 888# they claim I should have refund within a few hours. Next day: no refund. I call my card and they say thereâs some hold from Wendyâs that has it still pending and I could get my money back in 8 daysâď¸ it took 8sec to take my money. I call their 888# again tell them the cancel order isnât in app history & I never got email receipt & what my card co said. Wendyâs 888# says the person yestâday [lied] and I should get my money back 3-5 biz days. I will not order here ever again. Usually never anyone at front counter. The staff never greet your or say anything, except when you get to the speaker when they do finally say something. Iâve had staff walk a bag to my car after parking for a late night mobile order, guy looking angry and handing me my bag like Inconvenienced him. There are no good fast food places anymore -They donât even deserve the 3 stars. Their app coupons arenât even good anymore-was my reason for trying them again after at least a year. Iâm not sure what happened to the staff with the last month or so but itâs not working. Donât think this place was half way ok since the original yellow Wendyâs.

   Read moreHeavy set female (male??) with dreadlocks was verbally combative and aggressive towards me as I entered the store to retrieve my online order after 1st going through the drive thru & being directed to move up & wait at the side door for them to get my order ready & bring it to me. I waited almost 10 minutes before deciding to go into store to retrieve my online order. This is when the other workers asked me to get back into the long drive thru line & go back to the window again. I suggested that I could just cancel my order and go to the Skibo location. This is when the agressive employee with dreadlocks came around the corner with my order going off on me for coming into the store. This location has the worst customer service ever!! There are an abundance of flies landing on & flying around the frosty & lemonade machines and liquid topping bottles (that do not have tops on them), the employees never seem to know how to complete online orders, there's always an extremely long wait for orders that were made online & at least 10 mins prior to arriving at store, and most of the female employees are just angry and rude, as if they HATE being at work. SAVE YOUR ENERGY & GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE/QUALITY/CLEANLINESS OF FOOD by going to another location. The location on Cliffdale/Reilly Rds is like entering a war zone. The young person with the dreadlocks is a POOR REPRESENTATION of the Wendy's brand and should not be working directly...
   Read moreThis is not my first visit to this location but it will be my last. I placed a mobile order on the app for carryout for a salad and one burger. I waited over 20 minutes for my food to actually be ready. At the 15 minute mark, I walked up to the counter and after the front counter girl had her back to the front and didn't turn around for a couple minutes, barely speaking to me when she did and asked for the status of my order telling the time I placed it. She disappeared without a word, and then came back returning to her back facing me restarting a task before turning around again and saying they were working on it. Five minutes later, she brings up the bags, says the name for the order, barely loud enough to hear from the lobby and walks away immediately without another word. After getting in the car and opening the food 5 minutes away, I found that the chicken on my salad was hard, dry, cold and inedible, I couldn't impale a single piece with a fork.
