Horrible customer service, no apology no remedial action taken Have to call my credit card company to make sure I don’t get charged for the food I did not receive. Had to waste my time (50min) waiting for my food, driving there then back empty-handed Wasted my gas and energy Ruined my evening with this negative, rude encounter

Ordered takeout through their website. Says an estimated 30 min until my food will be ready for pick up. Arrived 30mins later to the restaurant to pick up my food but to my surprise it’s not ready. Worker didn’t even apologize, only told me they had to turn off their ticket machine bc they were too busy, therefore didn’t receive my order.

Keep in mind they already took my money from my online order.

I asked why they still let online orders go through if they turned off their ticket machine. Offered no explanation nor apology yet again. Did not offer to make my food even when I was already there in person for pick up.

I get restaurants can get busy but this is absolutely ridiculous.

I have been a regular customer and ate here over 10 times. I can no longer support this place due to their gross negligence and attitudes towards their customers.

Really all they had to do was apologize for the inconvenience and ask if I could wait 20mins to get me my order. Then turn off their online portal so it doesn’t happen again… you would think this is common sense. Highly...
