One Bite Cafe - Federal Way — Restaurant in Federal Way

One Bite might be one of my new favorite cafes to visit, either to hang out with some friends or to get some work done. With so many other cafes here in Fed Way, I love that this one stands out because of their many food and drink options. I haven’t visited their other locations yet, but I’ve never seen so many different flavors of croffles! Then they also have different kinds of cakes, basque cheesecakes, milk teas, milkshakes, coffee, onigiri rice balls, Korean sausage bread, and there’s even a dedicated food shelf for gluten-free desserts! It took me at least ten minutes to figure out what to order because of all the choices lol. For my first time there, I got a spicy beef bulgogi onigiri ($4.95), a taro croffle ($8.95), and an iced 22oz banana caffe latte ($5.75), and these did not disappoint! As for the interior, I love how airy and homey the vibe is! It’s not a huge space, but they have two chairs facing a fireplace, two tables, and a long bar table with plenty of electrical outlets. I went there on a Saturday noon during their soft opening week, and it wasn’t that busy inside other than a few groups here and there ordering take out. Been waiting for this place to open so I could try them out. Came in and there was a couple ahead of me that already ordered. Waited to be acknowledged or to order. We weren’t acknowledged until the order was completed for the party before us. Ordered a Lotus Biscoff croffle. Looked spectacular. Tasted great too. Not to sweet and really light and airy. Order a hot caramel macchiato and I noticed the put it in as an iced. Mentioned a second time that I wanted the drink hot not iced. I still received my drink iced. Bummer. I drank it anyway. Other than messing my drink up the only other complaint I have is that just for those two items I spent almost $20. That included a tip. Really pricy. I won’t visit often because I like my money to stretch a little further than that. They do have a lot of really cool looking drinks that aren’t coffee. Maybe I’ll try one of those next time. I give a little grace as well because I believe they are still working on training new hires as they just opened. We shall see the next...

I'm so glad to have finally visited One Bite Cafe!😊 There is seriously, a very welcoming and relaxing vibe within this location. The eye-catching presentations of food options as well as the plethora of unique drink options, make me want to stop by frequently. It's also great to know that there are other locations within Washington State, which means I'm not limited to one location when I'm craving their croffles. If you try anything; try the croffles.😋 Honestly, I don't think you'll go wrong with any of the flavors offered for the croffles.
