We had a horrible experience here today! My family and I decided to go to this location for lunch. I had a coupon, which I received in the mail earlier this week. The coupon was, buy one footlong and drink and receive a second footlong for free. In the fine print, it clearly stated the second sandwich would be equal or lesser value, and the coupon expires 12/12/24. The lady working today had no idea what the coupon was. So, I gave it to her and let her read it. She then told me she had to call her owner. She did so in front of me, but spoke a different language so I couldn't understand what she was saying. Afterwards, she told me I could use the coupon for a ham or turkey sandwhich, and nothing else. Even though it clearly states otherwise on the coupon. I asked for the coupon back and told the employee that I would be going to a different subway. Not only did they lose a sale, they lost a customer. We have plenty of subways around our house. So, instead of losing...maybe a few bucks for honoring the discount, I walked out and let them 'eat' the cost of the sandwich.
