I used the pizza hut app to place an order of 3 pizzas, 1 brownie, 1 cinnamon sticks, and 2 orders of quepapas. I received my order shortly after 6pm but noticed the quepapas were missing among the rest of the order so I quickly call the store to see if they can have it sent back out. During that first phone call, the female representative I spoke to was extremely rude and asked what I'd like them to do about it. I just assumed they could be having a hard night so I maintained being polite and even agreed to wait the extra 30 minutes till they could be re-delivered even with me being 2min away from there location. Fast forward to 3 hours later and my husband informs me his part of the order, the quepapas, ( the only thing he wanted), was still never delivered even after my first phone call to them. I call the store obviously upset at this point asking what happened and to have the quepapas refunded along with asking how to leave a review. At first they actually tried to say they didn't see anywhere on my order that the quepapas were supposed to be included 🙃 that quickly changed when they gave the phone call over to a manager. After I explained that I have the ring camera doorbell and was willing to go to the store to show them the video of what I actually did receive minus the quepapas along with showing my email receipt because it was a pizza hut app order. At that point they tell me they will refund $10 for the quepapas and that's it. They explained i could leave a review from the code at the bottom of my paper receipt... to bad they gave me the wrong receipt copy with no code, told me they didn't have corporates number, and had no option for me when I asked about putting in a complaint for the individual i spoke to during the first phone call who caused this problem to progress to this point. I totally feel so much better over constantly tipping $10-20 each time I order "sarcasm", ill be sure to take my business and nice tips to another "better" establishment and considering how they tried to avoid helping me leave a review so much to the point it seemed they were trying to prevent me from being able to do so, ill be leaving these reviews with the only option I have available by going with google...
Read moreOur house is not far from this location. Less than a mile. We ordered online and was charged the 4.50 delivery fee. It is ok for the convenience of not having to leave the house. The person delivering the pizza called and said she was lost so I told her that we were right across the street from where she was. We agreed that it was an easy mistake. 10 minutes later she still hasn't delivered the pizza and I was frustrated by this point I called her back. She said she still couldn't find it so I gave her very simple specific directions and we hung up. Waiting another ten minutes I called her back and she was still lost walking this time so I sent my roommate out and he said she just got in her car and left. I called her and said where is my pizza? She said she was going back to the store. I was like you are kidding right? She was rude and said we should have given her a correct location. I said you have delivered here before meaning this pizza hut. At this point the pizza was getting cold. The manager said the girl had just made it back and another driver would be right there with the order. Another ten minutes and the pizza was finally delivered as expected luke warm and hardly any of the toppings. They are very minimal amount toppings

First time we ordered the pizza came gooey and not done all the way. About a month later we decided to give it a try again this was our biggest mistake. We ordered one pizza around 330pm by 530pm I got a notification someone was on their way with it.. an hr goes by I decide to call to find out what's going on I was told by Masa(a worker) that my food should of been there already as I was the drivers only delivery. When the pizza arrived it was cold and stale like it had been sitting out all night. I called the store back to complain and got hung up. So I decided to go on pizzahuts website to issue a complaint. About a week goes by then the owner Melody messaged me saying I had 50$ credit for everything that happened and she was so sorry. We decided again to order to give them another shot and to use our credit. I was told I had to call the store to use my credit. The gentlemen who delivers pizza in the silver Toyota was the one who answered the phone...he then puts me on hold after hearing what I wanted and that I was using credit to pay for our pizza. 10 minutes on hold I then hang up and call back to which they keep answering and hanging up on me. I wrote melody a long email stating what happened to which she responded with "I'm sorry I will go ahead and process your refund." She didn't acknowledge any wrong doings.
