Went there for lunch, the man in front of me got three meatball subs. Rather than telling me that they didnt have enough meatballs for a footlong, they toasted about five or so meatballs from the freezer to put on the sub, and passed it on before i could say anything. On the second sandwich, my girlfriend took a bite, and found a long hair in it, that went almost all the way through the footlong sub. I called to tell them they screwed up my sandwich. When I called, the recording said to push 2 to talk to the restaurant. I did. I was hung up on 3 times. When I finally got through, she said that their phone does that when they are on the phone taking an order. What customer service!
