I stopped at this location, coming back from up north and I’ve never felt so disrespected as a person and as a consumer like I’ve been in this restaurant. I had to repeat my order 4 times. People working at this location like basic math skills and customer service. The cashier was a guy in his mid to late 30s that either was high or didn’t know how to operate a cash register. He took the order four times and placed the order wrong four times. Then he starts throwing a tantrum like a two year-old and the manager comes and talks to me and placed the order. Mind you why I was talking to the manager, the employees that are making sandwiches are rolling their eyes at me. What they lacked in math and Customer Service skills, they had plenty in attitude and arrogance. I just wanted to get my sandwiches and go. I was almost tempted to write it down on a napkin what I needed so they would get it right and I was not asking anything out of the ordinary. Read moreWorst experience ever for an online order. Placed my order via the app, received order number and my debit card was billed. I called an hour later to find out why my order was still in limbo. Order was for 35 dollars. Gave the store and spoke to management and gave her my order number. She said she had no record of order being placed, but yet she managed to find recent history of prior orders. Had a order number but she could not find it? She told me she couldn't refund my card without a actual order in her computer. It was obvious she didn't have a clue as to how to research orders or knowledge of the system. She didn't even offer to remedy the situation or offer to take another order. I called corporate office, gave them my order number and they found it right away. He in turn called the store and had it canceled. But he also offered no fix to make a customer happy. Never again will I buy anything from this store or from any other location. Read moreThis wasn't based on yesterday, but on January 29, I put in an order for 2 subs. I came in and got them. They were totally wrong. I brought them back in and told them. There was another Carrie there ordering, and they were almost taking my order out for a delivery or carside or something. They took the open sandwiches and then rewrapped them in the same paper, which made them look new right in front of me. (Not remade) and switched sandwiches, delivered them to the right Carrie.
