Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Ferguson

They are ignorant as hell. I ordered a pizza and was told that it will be here in 45-50minutes. It has been over an hour and 15 minutes and I still hadn't received my pizza. So I call and tell them to cancel my order because I was advised 45-50 minutes and it's been well over that, And that I would like a refund. I was told it was too late to get a refund because the pizza on the way still. So I asked for a manager. As soon as the manager got on the phone he said "What business do you run?" (as if someone like me cannot own a business, which I do, and one thing a business is to do is to respect there customers and conduct business professionally). I was appalled. I said Excuse me? And he repeated himself yelling into the phone "What business do you run?" I said, who are you talking to like that? I was advised of a timeframe and it's been well over that And Refund me my money. And he had the audacity to say No, and told me not to call up there again and hung up he phone! I'm definitely taking this to corporate and the bbb. I'm beyond upset. And this was beyond unprofessional. Never have I ever been treated like that by any business establishment. Even at McDonalds. If I am paying over $20 for a pizza there is no way I should get bad service like this! Never...

Terrible experience! There was an online deal for a free house salad with the purchase of a large pizza. When the delivery driver arrived at my house 1 hour a later, there was no salad. He acknowledged the discrepancy and assured me that he’d be back with the salad. I waited 45 minutes and finally decided to call the store. I was told that they dont honor online deals and that’s why I didn’t receive the salad, but the worker told me that they would honor it if I decided to pick the salad up. When I arrived at the store the worker proceeded to argue with me about the issue. Literally ARGUING!!! And finally decided to give me a salad. When I got home and opened the styrofoam box there was a pile of lettuce, not a salad, just lettuce. And the worst part is that there was a dead FLY in the box! I closed the box and the half eaten pizza box that got delivered to me, now 2.5 hours ago and got a refund. I will NEVER go to this imos again. This is a update to my review 2 years ago. My nephew just went to Imos on Airport road, this was the worst pizza I ever had from Imos. The pizza did not taste like anything, I could not taste the toppings definitely did not taste the cheese. There was barely any sauce on the pizzas and it was over cooked with barely any toppings. All you can taste is crust with a little sauce. My nephew spent $50 on two pizzas that 3 people agreed did not have any taste. Was only able to eat half a pizza between the 3 of us. The rest went in the trash, spoke with the manager and she did not care. In the last year that Imos is closer to me, less than half a mile but I will go to the one in Bridgeton which is 4 miles away. I gave it 1 star wish I could have gave it 0 stars. They will never get my business again. They use to be my favorite...
