Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Ferndale

I drive all the way from Troy to the Ferndale location and was met with attitude. Only like 3 choices of donuts available, ok cool. Ask the guy how many munchkins come in a box, he points at the menu and walks off. (Rudeness). Smdh... Finally he comes back, I place order and tell him I wanted to add a Cappuccino Blast. He tells me no he's not making one ,it's too late. Uh excuse me, it's 11:10pm. I came all the way from other side of town wth I'm thinking. I say excuse me what do you mean, he ,with a snotty attitude say it's after 11:00 I'm closing down. I say sir, it says online you close at 12, he says oh oh they didn't change that yet....I'm not making you one.. like wowww I won't be back there ever again. Like since I was already in there and you guys messed up on the time you couldn't make me a Cappuccino Blast....wow. With attitude for no reason. I'll never be back again. I hate spending my money with people that act like you owe them or something. Business not appreciated. Like them cold knat infested donuts be all that. I'm calling the...

Very incompetent location. Ordered a customized cake here and when I went to pick it up the size of the cake was wrong. Was told that everything else about the cake was correct, the ice cream and cake flavors inside, and that the only thing wrong was the size. Was offered a dozen of donuts to make up the difference in price, which I took. I cut into the cake the next day and turns out that the cake flavor is also incorrect. Honestly, it wouldn't have made a difference if everything was correct, the cake wouldn't have been worth it either way. It was mostly ice cream and the little bit of cake that was there didn't taste great. I would suggest buying a cake from someplace else and ice cream from here separately, if you just had to have their ice cream. It'll taste better and come...

After many visits I have come to settle for this location just based on it's convenience during my daily travels. It has the standard quality of food as you expect from the Baskin-Robbins and the limited selection of Dunkin Donuts. But the two stars are lost purely due to service. Regardless who serves us we get rather uninterested, unmotivated and even resistant service.

On one occasion they actually tried to convince us not to order something the way we like it. It tasted fine but having the staff giggle and laugh at your order just isn't professional.

I guess this staff quality is just the best they can do for the area.

UPDATE: So the staff quality has fallen even further. So I am done with...
