This place looks very aesthetically pleasing, has great service, and solid management. The downside is the food. First time I came through was their opening weekend and I dealt with an undercooked burger (and got the same stock response everyone else with an undercooked burger got), but the fries and my wife’s chicken sandwich were good. The management quickly rectified this situation. I understand these things can happen sometimes, especially with a new business on opening weekend. I’m not holding this against them at all, and this review is not based on that experience. It happens. We came back last weekend. We got a burger, Nashville chicken sandwich, hot dog, and fries. Everything was cooked properly and I don’t have any complaints, it was fine. That’s kind of my issue though; for the price range this place falls into, I expected a little more than just FINE. There’s multiple places with much better burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fries within a 5 mile radius. Not saying I won’t come back, but this place definitely won’t be in our regular restaurant rotation.

This is a solid burger spot. They just opened up and the line was out of the door. Perhaps it’s been well anticipated, or received a lot of attention online. Either way, I thought everything was on par. The cheeseburger is most like a high quality Big Mac flavored burger. It was both tasty and fresh with a buttery toasted bun, but not “mind-blowing” in anyway. I thought the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was better. The ranch sauce had a nice tang and the celery slaw was unique. The staff are friendly and worked quickly to push out orders. Parking may be difficult to find during peak hours, but there are a few spots on Woodward and down the residential street next to the building. The interior has a few spots to sit and eat, but can fill up quickly! Expect to spend around 20 dollars for a sandwich drink and fries. Overall, this place has some tasty menu items that are worth a try, but maybe order ahead or wait until the opening hype dies down to have a more enjoyable in store experience.

I’ve been waiting to try this place since it opened, and it did not disappoint! We ordered a little bit of everything…donuts with dulce de leche, an all-beef hot dog, the Double Ghost Burger, Nashville chicken sandwich, fries with fancy sauce, and chicken tenders. The burger was fantastic…if you’re craving a burger, this is the spot. The Nashville chicken sandwich was super fresh and the slaw gave it the perfect crunch. And the donuts? Out of this world. Sorry Imperial, but these beat the churros! The hot dog had a soggy bottom but the flavor and creativity made up for it…definitely a fun, elevated take. They did forget our tenders, but when I called they immediately refunded me and even comped the donuts. That kind of customer service makes a big difference. Overall: great food, unique flavors, and excellent service. I’ll absolutely be back!

My husband and I really wanted to like this place, especially since it was grand opening… but I feel like our experience and food could’ve been better. I picked up our order after work — I’m about 4 minutes away in Ferndale — and the fries were soggy and lukewarm. It seems like our order sitting on the counter caused a lot of condensation in the bag, because when we opened it, it was damp. My husband’s burger was okay but undercooked; way too much pink in the middle had us questioning if it was actually raw. There’s also no description of what the sauces have in them for ingredients, so imagine our surprise at how much onion was in the ghost sauce and ranch :( very disappointing for us who don’t like onions. 3 Stars for the fancy sauce and my hot dog, which was delicious. Zero for the rest.

EDIT to the response: My husband and I get our burgers medium at other establishments; this was not medium. He expressly said that it was raw and cold in the middle, and showed me the burger after he bit into it. The order was made online for pickup, there was no way for us to say we didn't want the ghost sauce due to the ingredients not being posted anywhere for us to make the judgment not to get it. It's great that it is received by other people, but that is not...

We went 8/28/25 to give it a try. We got 1 double, 1 single, 1 chicken sand, 2 fries, 1 kid dog & donut holes. $66 plus tip. I can live with the price because i knew the prices before i ordered, but what we got was less than acceptable. The hamburgers were just ok, the single was rare and the double well done. We asked for all sauces on the side ( got burned by that before with sauce that overpowered the burger) one the chick sand we asked for the slaw on the side and rcvd none. They forgot the fries & we had to go back withe bag that ripped cause it was way over-packed. The donut holes were rubbery with watered down sweetened condensed milk as the sauce. The ketchup was unable to be opened without a jackhammer. The guy at the register seemed indifferent with music playing right above the register to the point he couldn't hear me nor me, him. All in all, it was barely ok. The place was clean, but then again, its a newly refurbished building. We wont be back. For that price point you have to “bring it”, and they did not. I was really hoping for a decent burger joint in ferndale…. The search continues…….oh, and the ghost sauce, is tarter sauce. Glad i got it...

Stopped in with two others. One avoids spicy food, the other loves hot, fresh food. Unfortunately, none of us left impressed.

Service was lackluster. We asked if the chicken sandwich was spicy and got a flat “no,” but it definitely had heat from the sauce. Staff should know the menu well enough to clarify that for guests. Same with the burgers - ours came out lukewarm and very pink in the center, but no one mentioned that they’re cooked to a default temp. That’s info guests need before ordering.

We got a single, double, a Nashville chicken, fries, and drinks, about $60 total. Packaging looked great, but most of the food was cold or just underwhelming. The double tasted like a Big Mac knockoff, and the single was nearly rare in the middle. Only the fries stood out. They were hot, crispy, and super flavorful. Seemed like they were fried in beef tallow. Another negative is there was no clear place to get condiments (ketchup, mustard) if you wanted that on your burger.

Overall: not worth the price. Cool branding, great fries, but everything else needs work, especially communication, training, and food temp. Hope they listen to feedback, because the...
