Blue Seas Fish Market — Restaurant in Ferndale

Upon entering the building, I notice that it was dark, the floor was dirty, the windows of the food counter was dirty and the rakes on the other storage area was falling apart. The person taking the order was so rude until I turned to see who it was, to my surprise it was a kid, age 13. This kid reach into the refrigerate to get food and put his whole upper body in, hair without net over the unfrozen food, his tone was so nasty when he took orders and he threw money at them. I purchased a wrapped piece of cake and a drink, this kid threw my money at me. I stated that it was rude to throw customer's change at them and he sharply replied, I put it on the counter. The menu stated two pieces of fish, which was really one piece cut in half. I dare wonder what the kitchen looks like, if the outside was so dirty. The state needs to make a pop up call, I'm sure they would not be disappointed...

i first would like to say i give this place an absolute 0 STARS!!! i ordered some tilapia and they gave me catfish. when i came back to let them know, an employee told me that’s what it was . i told them that i know the difference between the 2. they put in there without even telling me and tried to play it off. my family ate the catfish and became sick…. the place looks disgusting and it’s dirty EVERYWHERE! no i’m not saying this just to say it. i’m saying this to let people know because this place needs to be shut down. the health inspector needs to see this monstrosity and filth. do better with service and most importantly, NOT MAKE PEOPLE SICK WITH FOOD POISON FROM NASTY, UNSANITARY, OLD FISH !!!!! DISGUSTING!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE...

Today is 9/3/2021 I ordered 4 fish sandwiches in which 3 were Perch. My order number was #70. The perch was spoiled. Once I open container at home it smelled like rotten fish. There is no way the cook didn't smell this. I called and complained and the guy told me they always smell the 🐟 before cooking it ( SURE YOU DO ) 😡 I will NEVER eat from this nasty unsanitary restaurant again. It's been 6 hrs and I still have the windows down in my car because of STANK smell from this spoiled rotten unsafe food. I'm absolutely reporting this to the Michigan...
