Cruisin Coffee Ferndale — Restaurant in Ferndale

I really like Ferndale Cruisin - normally. spent alot of $$$ (have had 65 free drinks on my card - that's 65 x $5 = $370 + ) but WHY? is a simple black- drip coffee with 3 splenda and no cream so hard? the nice lady took my first request - handed it back - I look -- it has NO spenda and cream up the kazzoo. I go back- I say politely "you did the opposite" she says "oh, i gave you cream with a shrug shoulders like "I'm not really interested in listening - just collecting my $20 an hour blah blah". This time she comes back and says "there you go" hands me a coffee -- NO spkenda no sweetener. I sip and hand back to her politely - "there's no spenda" -- she says "how many spenda did you want" i say 4!" hopefully getting the point I am tired of this inpertinent teenager game we are playing. she comes back- no apology- hands it to me- says "there you go" closes the window. there is no traffic waiting on either side. I am the only $$$$$$$$$patron at cruisin coffee in Ferndale at 4p.m. on July 4th 2025. very impressed with HR manager who hires individuals and trains this display of incompetance . hope cruisin misses my $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. ...

For how much you spend on a breakfast Sandwich you think it would be right and not burnt to no end with the correct items on it even after the gal repeated the order twice. The worst part is they were not even busy ( just me in line) and they couldn’t get it right. This seems to be common across cruising coffee stands because the Bellingham one on James st is just as bad. If I would have checked this before leaving I would have asked them to remake it or refund me but I failed to check it. The lotus was meh way too much syrup that is almost undrinkable due to the sweetness. The gal who handed me my items as well was not very friendly either and seemed annoyed she was even there. Always quick service at Crusin Coffee, they come out with a smile and take your order while your still in line at the drive through. Actually the other day my order even came out before the person in front of me! Consistency, it's probably the most important part of running a business in the coffee retail space. Crusin Coffee has it nailed, no matter which location I go to the drinks taste the same, the delicious soups taste the same, and the sandwiches are identical (also very tasty and made with high quality local ingredients).
