Ended up ordering food on app. Showed proof on previous order that previous order was incorrect. Manager said she'd replace order, only 2 burritos in question. When mobile order came up and ready, I was handed it to go. Waited 15-20 minutes for 2 replacement burritos. When replacement burritos came, initial food was cold. No one thought it a priority to finish making those 2 burritos that were improperly made before. When brought to the managers attention, she was super dismissive telling me they were short staffed and busy. As a customer, that's not my fault. When I asked the now cold order to be remade, she brought in another manager to essentially tell me to take my cold food and deal with it. When I complained, they went behind the drive thru wall to complain like it's my fault that they didn't do their job correct. They yelled at one of the food makers and said they'd remake it super rudely. As I'm writing this....I'm still waiting for my food with all the extra food mischief now being added for holding them accountable.
Hopefully I'll be able to post pictures shortly with the remade food. Fingers crossed it's before my next birthday....lol
Update: there are now 3 ppl working on the line to make orders...still waiting.
Update: from initial order placement 40 minutes ago, I now have my full order. So far seems alright.

Read moreThere’s this blonde worker always out of uniform cleaning whenever I am there. No hair net or visor, but wearing a headset and wearing very tight yoga pants that are crawling up her asscrack. I saw her flip off a customer yesterday night around 9:45 while I was in the lobby. I guess she was upset because he used the restroom after she mopped it? While he was in the restroom I could hear her ranting because it was “so stupid, now I have to mop again it’s all muddy” I could tell the other staff were tired of her attitude. Today she was in the lobby again with no hairnet or visor but seemed to be all smiles (better mood today I suppose). Lobby was clean and orderly, sauce packets were all organized and straight, but it was freezing in there. Especially for winter. The bathroom mirror looked like it had been wiped with a dirty dish rag, presumably the same girl. Drive through workers were balancing taking orders on both the front counter and the drive through quite well, and helping with deliveries. No workers standing around for the most part. 3 stars only...

My wife and I do doordash also and we were trying to pick up the customers order reading in the middle of about 10 vehicles when someone from inside the restaurant Tracy speaker we had to come inside but before we could even use that it took us approximately 10 minutes maybe a little more to get out of the line of cars in the drive thru so we could unassigned the order for someone else could pick it up. Maybe we would be free to serve our next guest is hard to appreciate how much we lost out on because of the ignorance of such as the Taco Bell employees but the manager as well called my wife lazy and fat she went inside to see who called earlier you said their entire team including the manager got all adolescents with their professionalism in attitude it was a moment of serving the capacity of the public we as consumers will never again Chris that particular Taco Bell in Ferndale Washington with our presence cash business let's find the two other Taco...
