Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Ferndale

The last three or four times I've been to this dairy Queen in Ferndale the girl at the window has been very very rude Hispanic girl which basically she must be racist or something anyway I'm going to send you a couple pictures You can get a liter of ice cream at A & W anytime anyplace anywhere Nationwide for $2 You pay $4.13 for a rip off four pieces four bites of ice cream at dairy Queen I asked her if that was a large they said yes very rudely snaped back with her blue Mexican hair . anyway I will not be buying any more ice cream from dairy Queen at any location between here and Bellingham... bellingham's even worse than Ferndale trust me but anyway I'll send the pictures along anyway and plus they can never fill the order correctly they I guess if you want a good job yet to go to McDonald's to get paid $20 an hour I think you get paid $15 an hour at dairy Queen even though the prices are double at dairy Queen food used to be better dairy Queen too it's not so much better anymore. Dairy Queen is no longer a queen she is a gender issue with no cream . Or nut on there Sunday Fyi they think the potatoes are shipped from Idaho singular I guess because a large french fry at dairy Queen would be like a small at McDonald's maybe maybe You get like 17 little fries and a large at dairy Queen...

Me and my family went through the drive through to get blizzards, we aren’t from this area so we were staying at the Super 8 motel across the bridge, upon getting back to our room opened our blizzards they were soup ice cream my sons drank them and these pics are of mine and my husband’s his was supposed to have snickers in it there was not at all it was just chocolate ice cream basically. When I tried to call it took them 5calls to answer, I complained and asked how they could rectify it the manager on didn’t get her name said they could remake them or send coupons in the mail. I opted them to remake them tonight but to Not make them until we got there which they didn’t wait Upon picking up the new blizzards mine which was the Pecan Cluster blizzard was still soup she explained they put hot fudge sauce with hot caramel sauce in it so it doesn’t stay thick Well that’s not a blizzard I want, she offered for me to get something else Cool but feel free to pass the feedback onto upper management to get that off the blizzard menu. Just poor service Great for re making it but still just not too professional. We were just passing through but definitely won’t ever go there again. They don’t represent DQ very...

Dropped in to get a sick friend a treat, stood as the only person in line for a few minutes while waiting for my order to be taken. Order was taken, a few minutes go by, then 10, and I can see my order just chilling on the screen while employees are just kind of milling about. I’ve worked fast food service before and know it can get boring, or that it helps to chat while it’s busy, but no one really seemed to be doing anything while there were about 4 orders total on the screen.

Employees keep walking past me without acknowledging me before finally the person who took my order walks back to the cash register and sees me standing there, turns around and quite loudly asks if anyone had started making my order, which was a single milkshake. No one really responds so they go to make it themselves, still loudly chiding everyone about “the guy standing in the lobby”: me.

Maybe I just came in on a bad night but it’s hard to justify when it’s not busy and folks keep walking past me while I’m inches from the cash register. Wasn’t really planning on coming back anyway but if I need to do another DQ run I’ll definitely go to a different location.
