Milano's Pizza — Restaurant in Ferris

If I could give it a negative I would. My semi is at the shop so I am stuck at the hotel with limited options. So I finally found this place that said they would deliver ( there is a flyer in the lobby of hotel) it shows Pepsi and coke products. I order a large pizza, cheese sticks and a root beer. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes . Was told 45 minutes, so after an hour we started calling for updates. . They finally show up, 2 liter of great value root beer. I check food because I told him if it's cold I will not take it. There was 3 boxes in the heat bag. I only ordered 2. The whole point of each of those bags are to help keep the heat of each order in. Opened up both boxes and could tell they have been sitting for a while and was not hot. So cancelled order. They have flyers at the Volvo truck dealership in Dallas. I was starving so I was counting down the clock to 11:00 so I could order something. So imagine my surprise and delight when a man from the restaurant showed with a hot bag with $10 plates. He had a calzone, pasta, and wing plates. A fellow driver got me a wing plate. I immediately recognize those types of wings and I knew I wouldn't eat too many of them, so I got the chicken Alfredo as well. The wings were store bought frozen wings, similar to Tyson, fronzen wings. The pasta was completely bland with the taste of unwashed chicken. Long story short... I would've been better off not getting anything from them. Because I'm still hungry and both of my plates are sitting on the counter. This food was disgusting. Buffalo wings baked and nothing but skin and fat, garlic bread with oregano but u could not taste the garlic . The meat in the lasagna tasted ruined. The dinner salad was hot put in with hot food and the lettuce was rusted and wilted and not edible. A $23.00 meal plus what ever tax and delivery fee cost us $40.00 ??? I am not Stupid This is not acceptable and this place needs to be inspected by a health inspector. I would starve to death before I would eat here again. Please do it waste your money. I am not a picky eater at all but this food was gross. Please do not eat here. We are truckers and had the food delivered to us at the Dart yard...
