When I arrived there was a lady that was ordering and her food was being made. It was someone who works at the truck stop. From the time I got in line to the time I finally left was about 20 min. The lady making the food was extremely rude and didn’t even know what she had on hand. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and get all the way to the end just to find out that they didn’t have ranch. Obviously upset, I said something about it. She didn’t like what I had to say. Well having previously been in the food industry myself, you should know what you have and don’t have. Ended up getting ranch put on it by the supervisor after she stormed out of the building talking about how I’m rude to her every time I order from the subway there however this is the first time I’ve ever saw her. Got my food for free because of the whole situation. Even offered to pay for the cookies but they wouldn’t let me. Service can be slow late at night, but it is what it is. It's a truck stop and not too many people are coming in in the wee hours of the morning for Subway so usually they are in the back if the Subway is even open at all.
That said, during normal people times it's usually pretty quick. Only ever had a sandwich messed up once and that was by a brand new kid who I have never seen again, and I am in here ALL the time because it's on my way to work.
During busy times like morning rush hour, they are pretty quick to power through the line. I'd rather come here during rush hour than any drive through because I have never waited more than a few...

Great Customer Service, and I don't say it lightly. The sub-maker (NAME TAG: Aquayvia) deserves a notice. She was professional, fast, polite, and well-spoken. If she isn't a manager or high position already, definitely offer her the option, I recommend it!
Food: #2 THE OUTLAW. It was fresh, tasty, and well made. The portion is also good compared to other subways.
