I really enjoyed this school. The pharmacy technician program was excellent, the instructor knew what he was doing and what to teach while we were in class. The hands on experience helped me more than any other program/school I have attended in the past. The class sizes are also small, which makes it easier to get help from the instructor. With so much information being taught in such a short period of time, it can get a little stressful, but graduating after only 9 months, makes everything worthwhile. I would recommend this school to anyone that wants to be working in their field within a year, as well as someone who learns better doing things hands on as opposed to sitting in lectures. The instructors that I have met, no matter what program they teach, all know what they are doing and enjoy what they do, which can make a big difference in how the class feels about it. One major upside to this school, each class only lasts 5 weeks, so if it is a class that you don't like, it will be over shortly enough, instead of spending a normal semester in that class. I had an excellent experience when figuring out financial aid. The advisers made things very easy, even helping with filling out and submitting the FAFSA forms. After graduation, the career services advisers have been extremely helpful as well. They have helped to find jobs, fine tune resumes, and giving information about what is required to keep your license...
Read moreZero stars I went to see about getting enrolled and to get more information. In less than an hour they were rushing me to sign paperwork and to start school in less than a week.
After i did more research, read more reviews and they aren’t accredited, even though they say they are by the “Accrediting Bearu of Health Education” or whatever.
If you look up Accredited schools in the state of Washington all these Community and Tech Colleges appear and Universities but Charter College does not. After i told them I enrolled elsewhere they have called and emailed me NON stop! Idk how many times i have to tell them they won’t leave me alone! Today i got called again from Vancouver WA and the lady was very nice at first then she was rude and telling me to write down the “Facts” about their school then hung up. Do not go here and Charter LEAVE...
Read moreI graduated in summer of 2020. Charter College was challenging, 5 weeks for every mod but you can take time off right before you enter the 1st mod and prepare yourself for the journey ahead of you. Charter College is only for those who are serious and want growth/self improvement. You must have strong abilities with discipline, the right attitude and the ability to reflect on what matters to you.
Don’t start something that your not willing to do the 100% of the work. No room for immaturity.
Charter gave me another chance to better myself and my life.
I gave a 4 star because my instructor from the beginning had left right before the end of my mod. It broke my heart and spirit but I kept going. Nathan K. was an amazing instructor.
