McDonald's — Restaurant in Filer Charter Township

I order a 10 piece nugget, 4 piece nugget, Big Mac and a large fry. The nuggets tasted undercooked and were really soft and soggy. The Big Mac had way too much lettuce, as if that’s the only thing they put in the sandwich. My fries were hard and cold. Tasted like they were about a week old. The service was terrible. As I was ordering the cashier had an attitude towards me for no reason and was really rude and talking quietly. She didn’t give me my cup for my drink and then proceeds to give me the wrong size about 20 mins later. The wait was way too long. We were in there for about 40 mins waiting on our food and no one would tell us anything. There was a shorter girl working with a nose piercing and she wasn’t doing her job and was talking really loudly about a bunch of stuff that didn’t matter instead of doing her actual job. And then talking to customers for really long instead of getting the orders ready. She even overflowed someone’s Carmel frappe with whipped cream to where it was coming out of the top and coming out of the bottom of the lid without the lid latched on properly and still handed it out to them. She was being really loud and really annoying the whole time. There was other people waiting too complaining about the same stuff and also didn’t get their drinks till awhile after. Worst...

Had 3 mobile orders at 9am. According to the supervisor there or lead whatever title she had, she states that McDonalds has a policy that they only can do two mobile orders at a time. How does this make sense for a fast food place? I can go through the drive thru with a family of 5 and have no problem with ordering but if I have more than two mobile orders they will force you to go all the way around just to get the third order. There was no one behind me and there was no rush. So what was the big deal of them doing this? I’m guessing it’s them being lazy and getting a good laugh because they made a person come through the drive thru twice, or it’s a power trip from the shift lead or supervisor. I have done more than two mobile orders before and had no issue but this supervisor or lead was having a power trip. She also stated if I don’t like it I don’t have to eat there. What kind of professional response is that? This is how you treat your customers me paying for a service of not a high classy place. It’s a fast food place...

Literally ordered a fish sandwich and a double hamburger, a McChicken and a mcdouble and a couple cokes and fries and sadly the coke was the highlight of our meal. Fish sandwich bun was dry like a crouton, and the fish itself was crunchy like it was sitting for a while and they dropped it in the fryer to freshen it up. The mcdouble was a mcdisaster and it wasn't even fully put together like half the cheese was off the sandwich wrapped around the burger. The double hamburger had not even a squirt of ketchup, but that was the warmest food item we got. The fries were legit cold and limp. Sadly we go here every weekend because we frequent the casino close by and I swear they have the worst night crew EVER. Came here multiple times and we have never had a good visit. We come back because it's the only food place open at 2 or 3 am....
