Have been a daily customer over the past few weeks. The store seems to be getting worse day after day. It is common to walk in for a cup of coffee and wait 10 - 15 min to get it. They are neglecting the walk in crowd to focus on the drive thru. Im thinking all customers should be treated the same. I am not sure if its a staffing issue, management issue or what. Somebody from corporate needs to look into this. Its bad!! Today after waiting for about 12 min for a coffee a gentleman walked in waited about 45 sec and the manager stopped what she was doing and got his coffee. I asked her what the deal was and she said he's an on the go customer and she knows what he get. Then she said sorry and she is trying to do to much. Nice customer service NOT. I gave 2 stars because the coffee is good and food is ok. I will give them another try and hope it gets better. If not McDonalds has pretty good coffee. UPDATE: It's been a few months and what a difference they make. While this store still has its overwhelming moments like when the drive thru gets slammed but, it has improved like night and day. Service is excellent and well attended to. It seem like most of the bugs in the "system" have been worked out. Staffing has improved tremendously. Great effort to make the needed adjustments! Wow. I went again what was I thinking. Ordered on my app to make it quicker and I ordered for walk in. Get there and the door is locked. I knock on door and I can see someone behind counter… nothing. So I knock again. Nothing. Then I call and no answer. I get in my car and drive around to the drive through window because I’ve already paid for my food or else I would have just left (because this place is the worst with the worst management) and bang on window. A Young man and and young woman were indeed working… but said they locked the door because there were only … 2 people working? I am late to work AGAIN. I never leave reviews and I’ve left 2 in such a short time for this Dunkin’.
Normally I order for pick up but this morning my app wasn’t working. So I decided to do drive through since only two cars were in line. The car ahead of me waited for about five minutes in front of the voice box but then was able to drive around but when I sat in front of voice box for like seven minutes I finally said hello. An employee by the name of Veronica proceeded to tell me she would not sell me a half dozen of the same kind as their supply was low! I thought she was kidding and bust out laughing! Nope, she would not sell me a half dozen!
On 12/2/23 the same situation happened to my son in law, only he wanted a dozen assorted, he wanted them for his daughter's sleep over the next morning. They gave him the same song and dance about low inventory, would only sell him a half dozen! He told them it was their loss, he would be contacting corporate and drove away.
After talking to friends, I believe this store is catering to the customer who only buys one or two donuts, as these cost more that let's say the half or dozen. What other reason would a business NOT sell their product (no matter what size bulk) to their customers! They have a great little location, next to corporate offices and a national hotel, but their customer service leaves a lot to be...
