They really are not handicapped assessable! They only have two handicap karts and one ran out of battery time and I couldn't get it back to the spot where I would park it to plug it back in. I was in pain use my cane to walk up front to speak to the gentleman in charge AND he yelled at me in front of people, it was very rude I was in pain didn't want to put up with it him, just wanted to enjoy my ride shopping for redecotating. Greatfully another woman manager came over, she was more sympathetic and brought the Kart back up it was just embarrassing and being handicapped and alone wasn't a good feeling with this man grrrr you can't turn well in the karts but if you go real early it used to be a nice place to shop I used to enjoy the store untill today it was just very upsetting, hurtful, being alone had too many items to take out to the car wish someone was able to help with the large items too. Upsetting visit, was very rude and loud, there is other stores, their prices arn't the best, just a bad...
Read moreAmazing selection on almost anything that you could need to add to your home decor. I went looking for 3 items (outdoor throw pillows, an outdoor rug, and twin sheets for my young daughter's room). They did not disappoint on their selection of outdoor cushions/pillows. It was well organized and easy to find colors to complement one another. I was even able to score a great area rug in a very affordable price. I was disappointed to find that they had just one aisle of bedding. I had expected there to be a huge influx of bedding choices. I left empty handed from that area. Now I know for the next time. My only negative from this experience was that I noticed quite a bit of customer garbage strewn about the shelves. One item had significant mold in it, so it had been there for quite a while. People are inconsiderate, yes, but employees need to grab these items when they seem them left in such visible locations...
Read moreTotally enjoyed walking around and seeing all of the items. The store is huge, but is layed out so that it is easy to find each department. There are scooters at the front door if needed, but very few of them. Parking was easy and plentiful and close enough to the store so even with my bad knee, I was not uncomfortable. I walked throughout most of the store in search of flatware, found it, browsed and got back out again without any problems. Some prices are really good, but you have to know what you want and what the value is. Other pricing is standard/same as other discount stores. I like this place because of the options presented and the ease of the layout. So many choices, colors, brands, styles that it is truly fun to see everything. Sale items are hidden in each section, so look for the red Clearance signs at end of rows. Sometimes hard to find, but they are in...
