Prism at Diamond is completely state of the art living. From my first day here as a resident Iām left daily thinking I must be Royalty.. From Jacob the manager to Mike Jacobās right hand to Jason head of maintenance . Iām treated like a QUEEN. I enjoy living here. Prisms is brand new apartment. I love that Iām the first person to live in my apartment. Like all new construction when you move in there will be some quirks. I personally had two incidents with my refrigerator. I made a call and less than one hour later Jason was here. The understanding of the staff is outstanding. With all the apartments here I felt like I was the only resident. Iām taken care of so fast. The staff is available immediately. Jacob the manager made me cappuccino instead of directing me to the many refreshments! Jacob walked me to the station stayed and handed me a fresh cup of coffee. The business space/ entertainment area is always filled with fresh treats from cupcakes to peanuts etc. The sauna and swimming pool always in pristine condition has a soft but constant music playing to help you relax at the end of your day. My puppy Tyler loves the āBark Parkā. Itās always clean and many toys as well as agility games to keep your pet in great health and exercise. There are billiards in the room for a laid back game for you and your friends. Iām amazed gymnasium building with every type of equipment and Televisionās surrounding the exercise center. I could go on and on about my living at Prism inclusive to the grounds so manicured with lovely bushes and flowering makes each walk around the grounds a nice walk. Mike lives here on the grounds. Mike will take the time help you with whatever youāre needs and, if Mike has finished his work day. He will make you his first task of the day. The people living in this exquisite apartment life are so kind always a smile. I believe the residents I have the opportunity to say good morning or good evening too, love all the the staffing here cause Iām sure they ālove meāLive where youāre honored like ROYALITY! Yes it a little more expensive but, we only live once and YOU ARE worth it. If you stop in the office ask for Jacob, Mike, or Jason. Iāll bet you, youāll be greeted with a smile. Oh did I mention concierge trash removal. Simply put your refuge outside your apartment door and they will come and leave you with and empty can. Iāve lived in a few states and rented but, never did anyone come to take my trash out! I would and will recommend Prism at Diamond Ridge to anyone interested. Call and speak with Jason Jacob and Mike you wonāt be disappointed! āLife Is One Time!ā Spend it at Diamond Ridge. Oh did I mention Internet is here? Ask Mike he knows a lot. Clearly my Bichon Frise Tyler...

Title: A Disappointing Experience at Prism at Diamond Ridge
I am writing to share my disappointing experience as a resident of Prism at Diamond Ridge apartment complex. While the initial impression of the community was promising, numerous issues arose during my tenure, which significantly impacted my quality of life.
Foremost among these issues was the persistent noise pollution caused by an excessively loud upstairs neighbor. Despite repeated requests for assistance, management failed to effectively address this issue, leaving me to suffer through countless sleepless nights and disrupted days. The lack of meaningful action taken by management to mitigate this problem was both astonishing and unacceptable.
Compounding this issue was the management team's unresponsive nature. Emails and phone calls often went unanswered for extended periods, and it frequently required multiple follow-up attempts to receive even a cursory response. This lack of accountability and disregard for resident concerns created a sense of frustration and helplessness.
Additionally, the air conditioning system failed to function for the entirety of the summer season, the pool area was consistently maintained in a state of disarray, the buildings were rarely cleaned, parking was a persistent issue, WiFi connectivity was unreliable, and the grounds were frequently littered with cigarette butts. While these issues were significant, the loud upstairs neighbor and management's unresponsiveness were the most egregious and impactful.
In conclusion, my experience at Prism at Diamond Ridge was marked by a pervasive lack of consideration for resident well-being and a management team that seemed disconnected from the needs of those they served. While I hope that these concerns will be addressed, I would caution prospective residents to carefully consider their decision before committing to a lease at this complex.
With all that being said, I typed this review months ago. Since bringing several of these concerns to their attention on multiple occasions, I can 100% tell the difference in how Iām treated by the office staff. So if you do chose to live here Iād highly suggest keeping issues...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHello everyone. I have been living here at Prism for almost a year and would not recommend moving here. Before I moved in, we agreed on an apartment with a specific view, but I couldn't walk into the apartment until my move-in date. Luckily for me, I made an issue about seeing what my view would be and found out I would have been in the middle of the parking lot looking into another apartment. Once I moved into the luxury apartment, the construction looked shoddy and rushed. My fridge is not level, and I can see it's slanted compared to my cabinets. My fridge then broke within the first month. When they replaced it, they scratched my door and didn't fix the slant. I thought that was the worst of it, but once other people moved into the apartments next to me, I could hear almost everything they did. I wanted to stay because it does look like a nice area, but the cops are often here, and I even had to call the cops on the maintenance team. They have a policy that they can walk into your apartment within 24 hours of email notification; however, they kept rescheduling, and when they finally did show up, I happened to catch them walking into my apartment while my wife was home alone. I told them multiple times to stop, and they just shouted that they had a right to be there and they could come in whenever they wanted within 24 hours of emailing us. They said that they knocked multiple times, but I was walking up the stairs right behind them and heard them knock twice back to back, then put in my pin to walk in. That's when I told them they couldn't walk in, and they caused a commotion in my own home, yelling at me, the tenant, while my wife had to rush and get dressed. Management defened the maintenance team, and strangely enough, after this all happened, when my wife and I both went out, our door locks batteries died, and the door could not be opened. I had to wait over an hour and a half for someone to come. I asked them to let me post on our community board an explanation of what happened, and they denied me. Then I asked that the two men who walked into my house and yelled at me apologize, and they have not...
