Prism at Diamond is completely state of the art living. From my first day here as a resident I’m left daily thinking I must be Royalty.. From Jacob the manager to Mike Jacob’s right hand to Jason head of maintenance . I’m treated like a QUEEN. I enjoy living here. Prisms is brand new apartment. I love that I’m the first person to live in my apartment. Like all new construction when you move in there will be some quirks. I personally had two incidents with my refrigerator. I made a call and less than one hour later Jason was here. The understanding of the staff is outstanding. With all the apartments here I felt like I was the only resident. I’m taken care of so fast. The staff is available immediately. Jacob the manager made me cappuccino instead of directing me to the many refreshments! Jacob walked me to the station stayed and handed me a fresh cup of coffee. The business space/ entertainment area is always filled with fresh treats from cupcakes to peanuts etc. The sauna and swimming pool always in pristine condition has a soft but constant music playing to help you relax at the end of your day. My puppy Tyler loves the ā€œBark Parkā€. It’s always clean and many toys as well as agility games to keep your pet in great health and exercise. There are billiards in the room for a laid back game for you and your friends. I’m amazed gymnasium building with every type of equipment and Television’s surrounding the exercise center. I could go on and on about my living at Prism inclusive to the grounds so manicured with lovely bushes and flowering makes each walk around the grounds a nice walk. Mike lives here on the grounds. Mike will take the time help you with whatever you’re needs and, if Mike has finished his work day. He will make you his first task of the day. The people living in this exquisite apartment life are so kind always a smile. I believe the residents I have the opportunity to say good morning or good evening too, love all the the staffing here cause I’m sure they ā€œlove meā€œLive where you’re honored like ROYALITY! Yes it a little more expensive but, we only live once and YOU ARE worth it. If you stop in the office ask for Jacob, Mike, or Jason. I’ll bet you, you’ll be greeted with a smile. Oh did I mention concierge trash removal. Simply put your refuge outside your apartment door and they will come and leave you with and empty can. I’ve lived in a few states and rented but, never did anyone come to take my trash out! I would and will recommend Prism at Diamond Ridge to anyone interested. Call and speak with Jason Jacob and Mike you won’t be disappointed! ā€œLife Is One Time!ā€ Spend it at Diamond Ridge. Oh did I mention Internet is here? Ask Mike he knows a lot. Clearly my Bichon Frise Tyler loves it here.

I would only stay here if you have no other option. Prism looks amazing on the outside, but staying there lead us to end our lease early. I will start with the positives: -Excellent location and we felt safe -Great neighbors (some even helped us move in-Thank you Charlie & friends!šŸ˜€) -Great amenities -Ample closet space -Newer and mold free Cons: -Walls are extremely thin. We could hear someone using the treadmill and lifting weights in a nearby apartment. We also heard the bathroom exhaust fan of our neighbors -Poor maintenance-our air filter wasn’t changed in almost 6 months. This caused us to have a higher utility bill and poorer air quality. I have asthma so this was not great for my health. Our shower also leaked and it took multiple visits for this to be fixed. We also found a snake on the property. I have never found a snake at any rental prior to this rental. 🤯 Our air conditioning unit went out one day and the leasing specialist brought us a portable A\C unit that attached to the windows. I ended up calling a friend who helped me troubleshoot the issue. -High rent for value-if maintenance was stellar and they actually changed the filter once per month, I would feel a little bit better about paying the rent. When asked about the filter, they said they change the filters once every six months. When I researched the filter online, it is recommended that the filters be changed monthly. -No access to corporate-I called Corporate twice and didn’t receive a call back. We rented from June 2024-December 2024. I wanted to make sure I shared our experience to help someone else. The leasing specialists are great and really try their best, but the cards they are being deal with corporate and maintenance are very poor.

Seems like they don't care about residents or guests visiting unless you live near the front office. It stopped snowing over 12 hours ago and was somewhat sunny all day, and I came here to visit a friend tonight.. the front roundabout and 10 feet each direction out of the roundabout is clear of snow and ice... you know, the areas you would see if you're visiting as a potential resident. But if you go deeper into the campus you'll see there is ice everywhere and it's extremely unsafe. This isn't the first time the parking lots and walkways have been icy and horrible, but it's the worst I've seen visiting my friend. There's no salt down at all anywhere past the front office building either.

So I really struggled with deciding if I should post this review. I fear not getting my security deposit back as a result of this review, but if that is the consequence of being honest, I’m willing to accept that. So here goes.

Title: A Disappointing Experience at Prism at Diamond Ridge

I am writing to share my disappointing experience as a resident of Prism at Diamond Ridge apartment complex. While the initial impression of the community was promising, numerous issues arose during my tenure, which significantly impacted my quality of life.

Foremost among these issues was the persistent noise pollution caused by an excessively loud upstairs neighbor. Despite repeated requests for assistance, management failed to effectively address this issue, leaving me to suffer through countless sleepless nights and disrupted days. The lack of meaningful action taken by management to mitigate this problem was both astonishing and unacceptable.

Compounding this issue was the management team's unresponsive nature. Emails and phone calls often went unanswered for extended periods, and it frequently required multiple follow-up attempts to receive even a cursory response. This lack of accountability and disregard for resident concerns created a sense of frustration and helplessness.

Additionally, the air conditioning system failed to function for the entirety of the summer season, the pool area was consistently maintained in a state of disarray, the buildings were rarely cleaned, parking was a persistent issue, WiFi connectivity was unreliable, and the grounds were frequently littered with cigarette butts. While these issues were significant, the loud upstairs neighbor and management's unresponsiveness were the most egregious and impactful.

In conclusion, my experience at Prism at Diamond Ridge was marked by a pervasive lack of consideration for resident well-being and a management team that seemed disconnected from the needs of those they served. While I hope that these concerns will be addressed, I would caution prospective residents to carefully consider their decision before committing to a lease at this complex.

With all that being said, I typed this review months ago. Since bringing several of these concerns to their attention on multiple occasions, I can 100% tell the difference in how I’m treated by the office staff. So if you do chose to live here I’d highly suggest keeping issues...

Hello everyone. I have been living here at Prism for almost a year and would not recommend moving here. Before I moved in, we agreed on an apartment with a specific view, but I couldn't walk into the apartment until my move-in date. Luckily for me, I made an issue about seeing what my view would be and found out I would have been in the middle of the parking lot looking into another apartment. Once I moved into the luxury apartment, the construction looked shoddy and rushed. My fridge is not level, and I can see it's slanted compared to my cabinets. My fridge then broke within the first month. When they replaced it, they scratched my door and didn't fix the slant. I thought that was the worst of it, but once other people moved into the apartments next to me, I could hear almost everything they did. I wanted to stay because it does look like a nice area, but the cops are often here, and I even had to call the cops on the maintenance team. They have a policy that they can walk into your apartment within 24 hours of email notification; however, they kept rescheduling, and when they finally did show up, I happened to catch them walking into my apartment while my wife was home alone. I told them multiple times to stop, and they just shouted that they had a right to be there and they could come in whenever they wanted within 24 hours of emailing us. They said that they knocked multiple times, but I was walking up the stairs right behind them and heard them knock twice back to back, then put in my pin to walk in. That's when I told them they couldn't walk in, and they caused a commotion in my own home, yelling at me, the tenant, while my wife had to rush and get dressed. Management defened the maintenance team, and strangely enough, after this all happened, when my wife and I both went out, our door locks batteries died, and the door could not be opened. I had to wait over an hour and a half for someone to come. I asked them to let me post on our community board an explanation of what happened, and they denied me. Then I asked that the two men who walked into my house and yelled at me apologize, and they have not...
