It was the middle of the night, I wasn't expecting much but the parmesan chicken sandwich was absolutely fantastic, so good in fact I almost ordered another one! Tomorrow for lunch for sure! The lady who came to my door was a sweet heart and this whole experience really changed my view on Domino's. It's not just something I used to eat as a kid at parties anymore, it's something I'm looking forward too on a day when I don't feel like cooking. Thank you Domino's for the awesome meal and the friendly people involved in making it happen. You have my vote, and I know that bad reviews spread a lot faster than good ones so I'll be sure to put this down on facebook and any other social media tool I can find, just to counter some of those, if there are even any at all, which I can't even imagine because you guys were just THAT GOOD! Having said that, my experiences here are not without some expectations, and, tonight, they were not met.
I ordered my usual; two spinach and fetas, on one add black olives, at 6:00. According to the tracking app, preparation of my order began at that time. The app also projected that my order would be complete in 17-24 minutes. I drove, from across town, to the store. I sat in my car until my order went into the oven, at 6:25. I got out of my car around 6:30, thinking my items should be nearly out of the oven.
I heard the kitchen staff call my name when they were pulled from the oven. I didnāt take possession of my food until 6:45. This is all understandable. Frustrating, but understandable: itās Friday evening. Iāve worked Friday pizza shops before.
But when I got home, my olives were missing. That was the straw that ruined tonightās experience. I understand being busy and having to make customers wait. But I absolutely cannot understand how it took 25 minutes for my pizzas to go into an oven and somehow nobody, in that time, noticed the...

I appreciate that but when I got home it was not my order and was full buffalo. I ordered again tonight to use my credit and told me itās gonna be delivered in 15 mins and it took an hour until the driver knocked the door. The problem I found it frozen and call the again to make a complain about the late delivery and the frozen pizza. The manger was not polite at all and her response was first this is a free pizza and we apologize for the miscommunication about the delivery time. I donāt care if itās free or paid but Iām not gonna waste my money for your mistakes. If you canāt handle the store, let someone handle and take care of the customers.
