Yummy Ice Cream Rolls ( Theres no rolled ice cream ) — Restaurant in Firestone

I want to love this place so badly. Their ice cream rolls are so good and I was tired of going to good times or DQ for ice cream. However, when I went I saw several health code violations. I asked the young lady that was taking my order what something was on the menu. She kindly went to the food line and picked up and showed me what it looked like. And then went back to the food line and put the chocolate ball back into the container with the gloves she was wearing taking multiple peoples orders/handling credit card transactions.. Gross! The whole time I was there she didn’t change her gloves one time. She was making ice cream rolls and drinks with the same gloves she used to handle credit cards and cash.. One other disappointing thing is their organization is terrible. They didn’t make the orders one after another. Instead gave my brother his ice cream roll, continued to make a different orders ice cream roll, and then made my ice cream roll. Making everyone’s wait a lot longer than it should have. Not to mention my brother was almost done with his by the time I received mine. These are such small issues that I know they can change easily! Maintain the hour's of operation you post!!! I have come here and yet again they're closed early. Their hour's of operation posted on their actual website states that Thursday they're open until 9:30pm and on Google states 9:00pm. I got here at 8:25pm. I even called ahead of time to place a phone order and they went so far as to take the phone off the hook when I tried calling a second time. This is not a good way to run a niche market business in a small town. Also I was highly disappointed as I am a regular coming here a few times a week and introducing my friend's and family to this place. Closing whenever you feel like or because you're slow will not get you the following you need and deserve. I have finally chose to post because this has happened countless times and multiple times throughout the same week. I even asked the owner why and what happened to cause such an inconsistency in the hours of operations with no good explanation other then it's slow...then update your hour's and stick to them. It is very unfortunate because this place does make really good ice cream and they bring something new to the dessert market...

1st time this Friday evening and the start went well with the friendly girl at the front took my order, then my friends order then a bunch of people came in after us then they call my friend up who ordered after me, then we waited for ours thinking it was coming up next but No continued to wait watching everyone eat and leave with all there treats. After I went up to ask were are order was they couldn't find it in the system good thing I had the receipt they had it under the wrong name and we waited 35 minutes for our order and was not good at all my husband's smoothie was already melted and ours was so bland and flavorless the best part was the Mexican candy on top very disappointed 😞 because its right by our house and we needed something like this here but didn't even get a apologies...
