HotBox Pizza — Restaurant in Fishers

I Ordered pizza through door dash. Pizza nowhere near right order. My husband is dropping it off.

I called Hot Box BrookSchool Rd. Sam nice young man said it was his error. He gave driver wrong order. He said he’d consult manager. He had me on hold several minutes. He came back on and said they’d fix and reach door dash to have pizza delivered, I’d have 20-30 minutes. 55 minutes later still not here.

Michael the manager was VERY rude when I called back. Mia our him on when I inquired about the order.

He said he never told Sam to say that and I’d have to resolve with DoorDash, it was their fault. That’s fine but that’s not what I was told earlier.

I told him an hour before, his employee completely said something different, admitted it was his issue and we are basically ‘*hit out of luck’? He was completely non apologetic. He said ‘yeah I’m familiar with it’. I pushed further and he said if he has to, they’d fix, comp, and we’d have to pick it up.

I told him he needed to work on customer service skills. He said ‘yeah, noted’.

We're new to the area and Hotbox was one of the first meals we ordered after moving in. We were so impressed we keep ordering. We get delivery, and order online, so we don't have any of the issues recent reviews have mentioned. We've gotten the same driver multiple times (Rob) and he's super awesome.

We love the thin crust. It's crispy, and seasoned well. We absolutely LOVE the spicy pepperoni and how crispy it gets. The hot honey drizzle, is just chefs kiss

The stix are salted, the cheese sauce taste very nacho-y, and honestly the prices are good for what we're getting. We always have our delivery within 30 mins. I really can't say enough good stuff about Hotbox....

No wonder this place stays dead all the time.. I walk into the store see one slice of pizza for four dollars and kindly ask the lady working there if they have some type of a meal like a lunch meal or some type of option. She literally said she never heard of a meal before and stated they just have pizza and it was very awkward and discouraging to go back I understand prices are high right now that’s not why I am putting one star I am putting one star because the worker was very nonchalant rude and confused on a simple question I do not recommend going here they have a very nice pizza spot right across the street that is a lot more well mannered with higher...
