I ordered three foot-longs and six cookies for my wife and my daughter and myself. I went in and picked it up and I assumed the six cookies were in the bag got all the way home and realized they werenât. I went back to the store and told them that I didnât get my cookies and they were trying to give me some bogus excuse about the way the new receipt looks and werenât going to give me my cookies. Finally they did. While I was there, my wife called and said my daughterâs sandwich didnât have any cheese on it. Again, they werenât going to do anything at all about it. They werenât gonna remake my sandwich or anything. They tried to argue that when you toast a sub you canât see the cheese anymore. What kind of crazy excuse is that? Iâm not blind. I know what cheese looks like even if itâs toasted. Finally, all they did was put cheese in a bag that was cold that I now had to take home and put on a toasted sub that was supposed to be warm for my daughter. The place has plenty of seating though and is very clean. Has this always been a place with baby lunches of ingredients?? I would have ordered everything on the sandwich and picked out the tomatoes etc (more expensive ingredients) and traded with my friend the ingredients she doesn't want.
I recommend if possible to hold your craving and try the ones located close to Carmel Rd and Keystone, 146th st, and even 55th and keystone (they honor the app order freesub discount code) You will be surprised how delicious the sub is with the right amount of ingredients! I can't even include a pic of my humble sub.
