Subway — Restaurant in Fishers

Normally I don’t write negative reviews. Kind of just roll my eyes at the annoying situation and move on. But I can’t seem to shake this one off. I am at this location once a week at minimum because my daughter does sports with the YMCA. I love the convenience of having the Subway there especially for late nights when I don’t want to go home and cook dinner. That’s it. There is one young girl there that is BEYOND sweet. But the manager or maybe owner? Older short man with glasses has to be one of the rudest human beings I have ever seen work in a food place. He gave me the dirtiest look every single time i added to my order MIND YOU…I spent $40 there because it was me and 3 other mouths to feed. I really feel like if you’re that mad and miserable when you’re specifically working with families that come in there, you really need to consider doing something else. For the most part the atmosphere in this restaurant is okay. It is inside the YMCA and many people come and go. Today I ordered a sandwich that I normally order. Instead of getting what I ordered the bread was wrong it was ice cold. Upon taking it to the register and requesting for them to remake it in a calm manner, the woman became upset and said I was wrong even though I was clearly reading from the app. She then took out Italian herbs and cheese bread and transferred everything from the other sandwich to the other bread.Then stuck it in the toaster, lettuce ,mayo, mustard and all. This place is terrible. We have gone a handful of times but we will never waste another dime again. A small coke is $2.15. My elderly grandma went to get a refill and I was screamed at by the guy running the place saying it’s .75 cents per refill but with tax it was then .90 cents.
