UPDATE: DQ management gives the same response to everyone’s complaint. No, I won’t give you another try when it’s apparent there is no effort to make your customers’ experiences right. I’m sorry but you’ll have to give me more reason to believe that you’re really trying to make things better. Every complaint expresses the same frustrations of poor Customer Service and poor management. Hopefully there will be some staffing changes or protocol changes at this DQ location soon. From 9/18/23: So frustrated. Tried to order 85 cent Blizzards through the app. Order wouldn’t go through. Dining room was closed for some reason so had to go through drive-thru. We were repeatedly told that there was nothing they could do to make our order right. They even tried to tell us they weren’t affiliated with the DQ app. When we pressed the manager numerous times about several options (please override the POS, find another way to discount us, provide us with coupons for our next visit, or just give us the 85 cent Blizzard free!) we were consistently told that there was nothing that could be done. A free fountain drink? Dilly Bar? Fries?! It wouldn’t have broken the bank for them to offer us SOMETHING! Apparently, managers aren’t being trained anymore about customer service and making things right. Read moreThis place is a hit or miss. What I mean by that is sometimes what you order is hot and ready and tastes great, but sometimes it's room temperature and tastes 'ok' at best. A month ago I ordered the 6 piece tender with fries and a blizzard. Came out in less than 5 minutes, hot and fresh. Blizzard came out 5 minutes after the food, cold and fresh, not semi melting. Last week I went for a blizzard. It came out perfectly as well. But today, I went and ordered a blizzard and asked for extra candy in it. There was a longer wait than usual today, too. I paid a 75 cent premium and it came out fresh, but missing the extra candy. I went up and exchanged it for one with the extra candy, but it was melting. It had been sitting out for a bit. Went up again and waited 10 minutes for another... it was 'ok'. Not melting, but missing extra candy again and I just ate it then left. So the place is good, but it could be better.
My suggestions: Hire more qualified people. I understand teens want jobs and thats nice, but when every employee besides the manager is a teenager in their early 16's, it is hectic.
Fix broken things. The A/C has been out for a bit and it still isnt fixed.

Read moreIf I am paying $1 and change for extra mix-ins, no matter the size, I expect to be able to tell. And this store so many times has gypped me on my extra mix-ins. I’m not sure if it’s a negligence thing where people aren’t paying attention to the order. Or if “extra” isn’t really extra and they don’t expect people to complain about it. But paying over FIVE dollars for a mini cotton candy blizzard because you paid for extra add ins and you only get one or two sprinkle per bite is crazy. I have turned around and asked them to fix it several times and did that today and he remade it worse! As in the amount of mixins was the same and it wasn’t blended so it was just plain vanilla ice cream at the bottom.
I think everyone can agree that if you are going to raise your prices and charge an absurd amount (that I am obviously willing to pay) for extra, that we expect it to have several pieces in each bite.
