The manager who works in the morning is absolutely so miserable and rude Everytime you interact with her. We started using another store regularly because of how rude she is, no matter the day, and in a pinch we ran there. She told me to hold on, someone else came on the speaker and asked what I'd like to order, I informed them I had an on the go order for Sara, the girl on the speaker told me to pull up. When I got to the window the manager said "I didn't get your order, I told you to hold on, not pull up " I informed her someone else told me to pull up, it was an on the go order and she is the sole reason we don't go to that Dunkin donuts anymore. She is absolutely miserable and never pleasant or friendly. News flash, lady, if you don't like your job, find a different one. One of their employees informed me one morning that she was going to transfer stores because of how miserable this lady is. Dunkin, you're failing with her as your store manager. She's awful. No customer service whatsoever. 0/10 recommend River St due to this manager. Go the extra mile to main Street or park hill, it's worth the food...

Dwight was rude. I attempted to buy my morning coffee with my service dog as usual and he denied me service. I had never had an issue there until today and I will certainly not be coming back.

This store is seriously awful. Let me be clear that I don't mean Dunkin' overall, just this specific location. I've gone multiple times to find them closed before closing time, or they're unable to make my sandwich because the oven is off, but this was a new low. In my most recent trip to this store, they took my mobile order, took my money, then told me they couldn't make my drinks because they were cleaning the machine. Not a huge deal, right? I want my refund. Nope, can't have your refund because "we don't have manager's numbers". Then they told me that all they could do was give me " the ticket", which i could take to some other Dunkin' location and they "should be able" to make it for me 😑 got my drinks across town 20 minutes later. So much for saving time by using the mobile...
