QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Fitchburg

I will never go here again i was door dashing and i went to the counter to puck up the order because it wasn’t ready when i got to the counter a hispanic male walked away from me let me mention they were all hispanic i think that definitely affects my experience i was the only black women no one spoke to me when i got to the register he walked away from me I wasn’t acknowledged for 7 minutes and when i finally was the guy that spoke to me that was behind the counter told me he didn’t work there and they’ll help me soon my entire visit i was not acknowledged . No one spoke to me or anything just put the food on the rack and still proceeded not to acknowledge MY PRESENCE but they did serve every white & hispanic person as soon as they walked in .. definitely a race issue i loved qdoba but you will never again get my money as a hard working black...

Absolute horrible service. Came in today with a party of four people. We never got greeted or our order taken. We waited for over five minutes and no one even said anything while we waited in line and the staff continued making online orders. The line of people at the Qdoba became longer and longer while they just worked on online orders and never took an order from anyone that was actually there. After waiting for over seven minutes and no Acknowledgment from the staff, we decided to eat elsewhere. We went to noodles and Company, where we were promptly greeted and served, and we got our food in a timely fashion. I would not recommend going to this Qdoba location specifically because of the lack of service...

The flavor and everything is generally good but my gosh they can not follow customization of a bowl. I hate black beans. Time and time I’ve gotten black beans….. I really think the itemized break down of someone customizing their bowl is straight forward If you pay attention. Clearly they don’t. Asked for pickled jalapeños and got the onions instead. It’s the small things that are careless and if someone has a food allergy or discomfort with what they customize, they will be the ones suffering.
