Warhammer — Local services in Fitchburg

I stopped in last night on a whim because I have been passively thinking about getting into Warhammer for years. After a quick tour of the store Tony offered for me to join in the game he was about to start, taking joint control of one of the armies. I had a blast playing. Once the game was over and we were discussing me getting into the hobby Tony didn't come off as a salesman trying to fill a quota. Whatever you may think of GW as a company, there is no question in my mind that this local game store is run by a passionate, knowledgeable manager who loves the Warhammer hobby and its fruits. The store is neatly arranged and the main playspace/storefront well maintained, although a bit cramped with limited table space compared to the likes of Pegasus or I'm Board. The community that hangs out there is friendly and generally welcoming. Absolutely recommend as a place to play...

This is an awesome store. The owner is knowledgeable about his product and friendly. The store provides advice and lessons on painting/customizing the models and an area for playing games. The store is well stocked with fair pricing on both paints and accessories as well as models. Any item not stocked can be ordered.
