I’ve been going to this subway for years, I’ve had no issues with the new ownership until tonight. Went to pick up a curbside order, parked in the designated curbside spot, the employees (one of which I believe is the new owner himself) were giving me dirty looks from inside the store and staring at me, giving me the sense that they wanted me to go inside the store. I waited in my car since, again, I had placed a curbside order, and eventually the sweeping employee stopped sweeping and decided to bring me my order. Didn’t even say a word to me when handing me the sandwich. I asked if I had done something wrong and of course she had nothing to say. I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app from work for our lunch. Was prompted to go there at 12:40pm to pick the subs. Got there at 12:38pm. SANDWICHES NOT MADE! Order LOOKED at after I asked for my order. Was told to sit and will be made now. But that didn't happen. 2 men came in and there sandwiches were made 1st!😤. Then mine was started, heated then put on counter then PUT ASIDE when another new customer came in. After her sub was made then the worker finally finished. 🤬🤬😡. Both of my subs were COLD! Subs were cold and it was 12:55pm before they were handed to me. Why use the app?? I would have had our meal FASTER if I just showed up. WHY ADVERTISE THE APP IF WALK INS GET PRIORITY.?! Worst web site I've ever been on. Even though I tried to cancel out of the order I was trying to make,, because it was so demanding and complicated, it went through anyhow. To make things worst, when I tried to call, 4 times, all I got was a fax machine beep. I had to physically go to the location #31192-0 and get them to credit my account.
