Casey's — Restaurant in Flagg Township

Frequent this Casey's often and have encountered many different staff throughout the years. Janella is easily the worst staff member I've ever encountered here and that's saying a lot since there's been some highly questionable choices the last few years. She gives absolutely 0 effort towards trying to put on a friendly personality. She seems annoyed with you every single time you come in or acts as if you're making her job harder by showing up. She's hardly able to speak most the time. She mumbles and practically whispers then gets irritated with you if you can't understand what she's saying. She can't pronounce half the charities correctly when it comes to the donations Casey's participates in. Often times saying "Would you like to donate to indiscernible cause today.... Or you know.. whatever" or sometimes not even completing the entire sentence. "Would you like to" then she just gives up. Having made complaints to management it goes nowhere and the girls running this store just tell you it's part of her personality and who she is. If this is the case then Janella needs to be put in a position where she doesn't interact with customers. She's ruining this Casey's. I used to stop here at least 3 or 4 times a week, since she's been here I come in about...

Ordered online. Walk in told pizza is coming out. Literally watch the person throw it away. Start a new pizza after watching them cut the ham with a pizza cutter on the same board they cut cooked pizzas on. Then wipe down the counter with chemicals without clearing the counter of orders being made. Girl comes out to handle the register then goes back in to kitchen. Did not wash hands after handling money. Then our pizza comes out after another 20 minutes. We go to the register and had to wait another 10 minutes to even pay for the pizza. Service sucks, food safety is out the window, horribly understaffed, and no one at the register for most of the time. EAT HERE AT...

I wont go to this caseys usually because of the moody women who work there, but the pizza has always been great and only a few block drive. Today I called around 7am to let them know all the breakfast pizza and others on the specialty say out of order. The woman said she would have someone fix it and I told her I would try again in another 10 15 mins. A HOUR later and still out of stock so I called to remind her and as soon as I mention breakfast pizza isn't up, she accuses me of lying and getting loud with me.
