Las Tapatías Family Kitchen Inc. in Rochelle is hands down one of the best new spots in town! The food is absolutely phenomenal especially the birria, which is authentic, tender, and packed with rich, flavorful seasoning. You can really taste the love and tradition in every bite.

Update: We've had better experiences lately. I've been quite happy with it! They are very friendly in there, and the food is good.

I really want to like this place, but it's just been okay so far. My tacos were super good the first time, but the food has been average on subsequent visits. The service is hit or miss. On our last visit, there were only 2 waitresses working when the restaurant was nearly full, and we didn't see our waitress for about 20 minutes after getting drinks and placing our order.
