Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Flagg Township

I come to this little ceasars usually 6 or 10 times a month. Normally there's no issues. We went here two days ago and got a pizza for us and our 5 and 3 year old children. After we got our kids each a slice and we ate a piece we noticed a bright black eyelash in our pizza. Our kids refused to eat anymore as it was disgusting and none of us have black hair or black eyelashes. The first employee refused to make us a new pizza and said come back Wednesday when the manager would be there. We went back and only the assistant manager was there. He also refused. We do know the actual manager and plan to talk to him next time. If we don't get a replacement for the pizza that came with the guy who was workings eyelash in it we will not be buying pizza or anything...

Everytime I order people are rude and never greet their customers. The stuffed crust pizzas have been very small for the money we pay. My pepperoni is ALWAYS burned. Horrible customer service. Not worth it. I would rather go to alfanos and pay more for better service and better food

Update 01/29/2023: Ordered today and raised them from 1 to 3 stars. Food definitely taste better then past visits and was ready 5 mins before requested time. Lots of cheese and pepperoni like you would expect for the extra most bestest. Half of the crust still looks a bit pale but it is cooked through. I can see why this place has a one-star rating. Why advertise hot and ready when you don't have it. I arrived at 4:08 for a hot and ready pizza and slice to find out that there ain't much that's hot and ready kind of glad that I had to wait on my food because I won't return to this location the store is extremely dirty the dust dangling off the AC vents I'm worried about falling into my food the walls are dirty the floors are dirty and the counter doesn't look like it's been wiped off in approximately a week I don't think I'll be returning to this location but maybe the Board of Health should look into at least...
