I was very disappointed by the window girl's behavior today in the drive-thru (10/8). We pulled up at 3:04 (roughly) and she kept interrupting our conversation and asking really personal and invasive questions about what we were doing, where we were going, what we we were up to...etc. I made it clear by having short answers I did not want to be chatty. She then proceeded to glare out her window into our car leaning on her arms while my wife and I continued our conversation for almost the entire rest of the wait like a creep. Then, when our last drink came out, she shoved it at me and copped a nasty attitude with a rude tone. Please learn to read your customers better. Your behavior was completely uncalled for. 1. Stop asking rude and personal questions to your patrons. There's no good reason for you to be asking a random guy what his personal plans are for the day. 2. If someone doesn't want to chat, leave them alone. You should value consent in communication, and your behavior did not reflect well on your company. 3. Stop having a nasty attitude when someone doesn't want to form a personal relationship with you (which you should not be trying to form while at work anyway). That just tells me I made the right choice and avoided talking to a person who is ugly on the inside. Your behavior ruined the entire visit for absolutely no reason and it looked very, very bad from a professional standpoint. Do better. Find friends on your own...
Read moreI’m not one to post reviews but today I felt it was a must. I want to start my review by stating how amazing the service is at this Starbucks and how every employee there was working hard to get orders done all while having a smile on their face. This team is the perfect example of great teamwork and all having a great time working (rare to see nowadays) I placed my mobile order for a customized shaken espresso recipe that is rarely ever followed. 9 out of 10 times my drink recipe isn’t followed and I get whatever the barista decided to make of the recipe. Today was not the case. I saw Jackie reading the order on the sticker and made my drink just as the recipe called for. She left nothing out and it tasted soooooo good. She truly made my day. My drink was perfect and she was the sweetest person ever. While in the store I placed another order and met Bryan. I mentioned to him how amazing the service was and how my drink was perfectly made. He was just as amazing as Jacky was and wish we’d get this type of service everywhere we go for coffee. My biggest complaint about my visit today is that I go back to Phoenix wishing my nearby store had a Jacky and Bryan there. If anyone from corporate sees this please make Jacky and Bryan trainers. Their customer service skills...
Read moreService was going well until it wasn’t. I placed an order for drinks and food and gave a tip. After paying, we sat down. We were then told the food we order was not in stock except for the drink and a cookie. The employee asked if we wanted to substitute. I asked what will be the price difference as I wanted to make sure I wasn’t paying more than what I needed. First, it didn’t dawn on them that the food they had left over cost less. We took a refund for the food except the cookie. Second as we were getting a refund they sold the cookies to someone else and we had to settle for something else. Third, I asked for my tip back as now the service is horrible. They said NO, we can’t give you your tip back. This is not the first time we’re your employees sell customers your products just to be told it is not in stock and wasting time. Fix your check and processes/quality control. I still my...
