Mattress Firm Flagstaff — Hotel in Flagstaff

I was having mattress drama for days. My current mattress was clearly worn out and I was out and about looking for a new one. I was shocked at the cost! I'm not made of money and thought I could get a decent deal by buying a new mattress at a local warehouse store, they generally sell quality merchandise. But I was wrong - I slept on the new mattress one night and that was enough to tell that it was just not going to work for me. I was disappointed and really upset that I spent so much money for what I received. After getting a refund I went to mattress firm, and honestly I was sceptical. I had always viewed mattress firm as an over priced predatory environment similar to a car dealership, with salesman ready to "pounce and shred" . Upon arrival I met James - very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable and guided me through the selection process, asking questions, answering questions and giving me options, both in merchandise selection and financing. He was up front and clear about all costs which I appreciate, and he understood and worked with me through the entire process . After I finally made up my mind, I purchased a mattress and some pillows and he even helped me load them in my truck. I appreciate his patience and understanding. A true salesman - James R. in Flagstaff - I wish there were more people like you working in retail!! Thanks again for everything and I will be back...

Desperately in need of a bed that did not create a painful nights sleep, I walked into the local Mattress Firm on the westside in Flagstaff and was greeted by one of their sales persons (James) right away. He brought with him a notebook and as we discussed what kind of bed I currently have and what I was looking for in a bed to replace it, he took notes. Right away he handed me a pillow to my comfort and began to find what bed felt right to me. After another 15 minutes and attempts for comfort on both sides and my back we narrowed it down to 2 beds. At this point James suggested that I take my time on each bed and I did. I went back and forth until the bed of choice became obvious and I was sold. He also asked if I would be interested in trying new styles in bed frames and I chose one with two reclining positions and a remote. James was incredibly knowledgeable on the construction of the beds and frames, along with where they are made. I bought Made in the USA and I'm delighted that was an option too. Overall I give James and Mattress Firm a 5 out of 5 stars. I will recommend them...

Steve, store manager, Flagstaff store helped me pair my remote control with the rest of the unit. He walked me through step-by-step process to correct the issue. My split king bed is now functioning on both sides by remote control. I have severe sleep apnea and utilize a BiPAP unit to help me sleep. Having the ability to raise my legs and my head especially helps me get the sleep I need for my health. I absolutely love the split king that I purchased from mattress firm Serravista. Arizona. Now I have had an excellent customer service experience due to Steve at the Flagstaff store. I wish to commend him, for the help that he provided to me. And I sincerely hope that Susan at the. District office is able to provide him some recognition for great customer service. I believe in the top down support. Of supervisors to staff.
