This happened about 8 months ago. This place is the worst for prices, customer service, professionalism. Cell Techs prices are double other places. Compare and see for yourself. I Had a extra iPhone X, 256, at@t, unlocked, new sealed in factory box, never opened. from a insurance replacement. They had a used one in the case they was asking 925.00. They offered us 375.00. What a joke!! A friend of mine got in a real money pinch on her electric bill. She took the only thing she had of value to Cell Tech. They offered her 15.00 bucks for a Asus laptop that had 1 terrabyte hard drive, 16 gb ram, I7 quad core processor, 17 inch screen (still sells for 650 on Ebay, not asking price but sold auctions) The reason she was told is it had been upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and all they could do is use it for parts. LMAO WHAT A JOKE

Read moreReceived an estimate for my used cell phone and sent it in with the pre-paid label.... but then got an email that they proposed to pay me only 25% of the original estimate due to "scratches on screen". Of course they'll return the device if I provide them a pre-paid shipping label, but they're probably betting that most people won't go to the trouble to get the device back just to sell elsewhere (I'm one of them). I found this company via an online search because their estimate was higher than other/larger companies I've used before. Next time I'll just stick with the bigger guys that seem more likely to stick with their...
Read moreI called on the phone and was told that Cell-Tech could replace the battery in my phone and it would cost $69.00 and that Cell-Tech had the battery in stock. Another place in Ashland quoted me $49.00 but would have to order the battery. After driving to Cell-Tech I was told that they do not attempt battery replacement for a Samsung S6 because the screen is often damaged in the attempt. There are many internet videos showing battery replacement and several tool kits on amazon. Most instructions say to use heat to loosen the glue, apparently Cell-Tech Express is unaware of this technique.
I just checked and I brought in a regular S6 - not an "Active". It seems like your "professionals" would notice the difference when the phone was in ...
