This review is only of the pharmacy. My experience with the rest of the store has been good. The older pharmacist that is often there at night is very nice, helpful and friendly. I have never had any issues with him. My dog was dying of cancer and we had some obnoxious neighbors that were upsetting him to the point of having seizures, so our vet gave me an Rx of ativan for him with 2 refills. My regular pharmacy was closed as it was late, so I headed over to CVS. That first visit was great and they didn't ask any weird questions or treat us poorly. The next time I came in with a new Rx for the same thing, the woman who was running the cash register demanded my drivers license "for your protection". My protection? Do I really look so bad that you would mistake me for someones pet? It said K9 on the Rx and was signed by the Doctor with DVM after his name with the office name and address. She insisted that I had to give them my license or I couldn't get the medication and that it had always been that way! It was only a month since I had been there for the last refill. I ended up giving it to her rather than cause a scene and have my dog go without his medicine in case the neighbors acted up again. When he needed a refill, I had it transferred to my normal (in more ways than one) pharmacy and have never had anything else filled there. I even spoke to a deputy sheriff I know about it and he said there was no such law or policy that he knew of and the whole thing was idiotic. Go there at your own risk is...
Read moreI wish this review could allow me to give it No Stars! This review is only of the Pharmacy! They are terrible! I called in last night to speak to someone about getting my prescription refilled of my insulin because I was out, they said we will get it put in for you. Then hour later received a text saying it wasnât time for my refill and I had to wait. So I called back and they said no thatâs not right we will get it filled. Next day I called back to see if it was ready and had to speak with the pharmacist he said it did not go through but I will put it in for you and you can pick it up tonight. So I head over to the pharmacy at 6:00pm and was told it wasnât ready they would expedite it and it would be ready in 1/2 hour. I left and came back 1 1/2 later and was told they were out of stock! Why could they not tell me they were out of stock when I spoke with the past three people. They called another store and they were out of stock too! This is Friday night and said it wouldnât be back in stock until Monday! This is not the first time itâs happen. Some of the staff are very rude and I hate that I have to use this pharmacy due to my insurance. Worst pharmacy I have ever used before! The Ashland store has never gave me this kind of run around. If you donât have to go here then...
Read moreIf I could give a lower review I would. Went to get mine and my son's meds. They said a few days ago that my son's meds were ready for pic up and I figured he had some left so I'd pick them up when I went out. Got there today and was told that they were still working on it. I told them I got the message that it was ready days and he said that I should have had it put on rush order. I said I didn't need to because I was told it was ready and he said I don't know what to tell you and walked off while me and others in line were still standing there. I got mad and said I didn't like the attitude and that I wasn't going to put up with it. The pharmacist came and said she would deal with my meds and that It would have taken care of all while the pharmacy tech was staring at me. I told her that I wasn't going to put up with him staring me down and she then talked to me like a child and told me to play nice Isaid I wasn't playing. She then told me to have a seat while she filled the Rx. So I did and the next thing I know the cops were called and I was trespassed from the store. Got his meds but not mine and my wife was told to...
