Fiore's Italian Family Restaurant & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Fleetwood

The owner literally screamed at me. I ordered French fries and chicken fries with no sauce (I'm allergic to tomato sauce) and when I got my order not only did the sauce spilled all over the chicken fries but it spilled all over the bottom of the bag and onto the fries. So I called and asked for either a new order or a refund and they said I could come in and get a new order amd when I came in the owner started saying that this was my fault and I must have dropped it (I didn't) and then he asked me how I held the bag and I said by the handle and he said that I'm supposed to hold it sideways, and I asked why they didn't say "hey hold the bag sideways" and he laughed and said "it's common sense" I don't know how it's common sense to hold the bag sideways instead of by the handle like literally every other place but I guess that's how they do it at Fiore's (don't eat there very often) and so then I asked if he wasn't going to give me a new order then why did he did they say I could come in and get one on the phone and then he proceeded to yell at me in front off all of his employees and other customers and throw a bag at my face and tell me to get out and not to come back (not that I would after this anyway) and then guess what my entire order wasn't even in there. There were no French fries. And since I can't eat the other ones I literally got scammed out of French fries and they weren't cheap either they were quite expensive for French fries. And keep in mind I gave no attitude or was even mad until he started calling me dumb and yelling at me. Fresh! That's what you get at Fiore's. You can expect high quality, fresh food from a kitchen where they pick up the dust before it even hits the ground. Family is working in the kitchen AND at the counter! When you have THAT combination you know that quality food is their forte.

Hoagies that are prepared to order and served on their homemade bread is what most people come for. However, if it's pizza you want, you'd be remiss to skip over it.

Fresh, hot and bursting with flavor, they will make you any type you like, even if it's not on the menu, as long as the ingredients are available.

Their pasta dishes are once again, fresh and flavorful. The portions? Abbodanza! The sauce (aka "gravy")is a nice blend of sweet and acidity that gets the juices going in the pockets of your cheeks.

Now, I've read thru some of the other reviews commenting on the wait staff & wait time. Yes there have been a couple of occasions where my wait was longer than normal. However, that's not the standard here. More often than not, my experience has been dealing with a pleasant staff member who is attentive but allows enough space as to not be intrusive.

The ONLY negative that I can say is that there aren't free refills on the soda while you dining in house, but that's not a deal breaker.

The BEST in Fleetwood and surrounding areas! While other places come and go, Fiori's is around a long time. Their staff makes the greatest food and the service is always as good as any service can get. If You happen to be vegetarian like me, this is the place to go. I am vegetarian MANY years and not many places understand when I order a cheese hoagie, I don't want all cheese in replacement for all the meat! The guy who makes my sandwich I ask for cheese, pickles, hot and sweet peppers, lettuce tomato and onion and He stuffs it full of the good stuff. I also order a grilled veggie "cheesesteak" and it is soooooo good. Mozzarella, onions, peppers, mushrooms and fried then placed in the oven after filling a delicious roll and toasted to Perfection!! Sicilian pizza is so crusty BUT light.... not real heavy. Thanks, Fioris for making it a no brainer for where to stop after a long day at work for fantastic food...
