This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Made a reservation for 6 and requested a high chair when I made the reservation. When we were seated we were sat at one of there high tables with to high chair. Simply mistake we simply ordered some drinks while we waited for a regular table that could fit us to open up. While ordering our drinks there were several draft beers unavailable. After waiting about 20 minutes we were placed at a proper table but still no high chair and our drinks still had not come out. We then placed our food orders, shortly after starting to recieve our drinks after an hour of waiting for them. While waiting for our food and high chair we ran out of things to drink go figure. When we attempted to order more drinks our waitress started rubbing her temples telling us that she has to many tables and had been working all day. Over an hour and a half of being there we were able to secure a high chair. After time continued on and our waitress not in sight we had to start going to the bar to get drinks and asking a different waiter to please help us. Three of our 6 meals then came out with 1 forgotten appeatizer and another that was stone cold, we began eating assuming the rest of the food would be right out. We were wrong about that! The three of us finished our food without any sliverware while the others unfortunately watched. We had to get up and track a waiter down to figure out were the rest of the food was. The waiter apologized and said they were out of burgers and they would have to place a different order. While we waited on the rest of the food we watched nothing but burgers come out of the kitchen. We were all so frustrated with only having half our food and no drinks, they could not even provide a second apple juice for my child who had been there for over 2 hours and recommend I get her a soda. We finally got the rest of our food and had to box it up to go, upon getting the check we all we got charged for drinks we ordered but were not able to receive along with the appetizer that never came out. The waiter apologized for completely dropping the ball with our table but we were not offered any discount or complimentary items after going on 3 hours of nothing but disappointment. My husband, my girlfriend and I went out to have a couple of drinks and appetizers. This was my first time at any WoB. We order a couple of beers along with 2 pretzels and some nachos. The pretzels came out first and was very good. I wouldn't recommend their mustard to much horseradish and something sweet. When the nachos arrived the melted cheese was cold and not even melted all over the chips. I asked the manager to take them back since our bartender was busy and requested; the flatbread pizza instead. After half an hour later, we decided to leave never receiving the flatbread pizza. We asked the bartender about the flatbread it was never order. When my husband received the $75 bill they had included the nachos. He asked about it and the bartender took the bill, came back a few minutes with same bill, nothing had Changed. When my husband got the bartender attention and question why nothing had changed in the amount of the bill,her action was to go look in the trash can, come back and stated she couldn't find the receipt. She took the cash my husband gave her and never gave us credit or cash for the $12 nachos. If this new business is so hard up for cash to serve you cold food, don't offer to give you a substitute or your money back. I am afraid they won't be in business long.
