Like I have read on other people's post. I ordered off of Panera bread web page. My order was delivered. They forgot a item. I called Panera bread to tell them that they said the doordash guy forgot the smoothie that was sitting on the counter. I have to call doordash to get a refund or a replacement. I said I did not order from doordash. I ordered online from Panera bread. Still you have to call doordash to get your refund. So I called doordash. They told me that they could put a request in for a refund but that's up to Panera bread if they're going to give me one or not because doordash came to pick up my order. I spoke to the manager at Panera bread. He hung up on me. I called back he told me I was rude not to call back and they're not going to do nothing. The only thing that I wanted was my smoothie. I paid $43 for a salad a 2 oz cup of mac and cheese, a chocolate croissant. Two halves of hard ass bread that I did not order and a smoothie. I guess that's my fault because I should of went in and sat down and ate my food there and had to pay there. To get things correct, evidently people don't know how to do refunds on checks that have already been delivered. Sad. I will not be ordering from...
Read moreCame to town to visit family and my dad asked for a cheddar and broccoli bread bowl from Panera Bread. Made my order and picked it up. I ordered 2 bread bowls and a salad. Got home to put the bread bowls together...there was only one bread bowl. So I called the restaurant to let them know...the young lady tells me that they ran out. So I was like, "but you still charged me for it"...and she says, "because that's what you ordered!!" I asked to speak to a manager and of course he told me the same thing that they were out of bread and that I paid for what I ordered. So I had to ask the obvious..."I know I paid for what I ordered, but if you knew you were out of the bread bowls, why didn't you just refund me for it?"....lol. The manager says, "sure, we can do that". He said I would need to come back up there for the refund. I told him that I had already left heading back to Florida and since it was an online order, he could just refund my credit card the amount for the bread bowl....easier said then done. Read moreI went in this morning ordered a bagel at 8:01am. I walked to the counter and wasn't greeted. A lady in a Pink shirt took my order. At 8:14am I got my bagel. It was chopped up. So I asked is this how ya'll serve bagels. I've never received one that looked like that. One if the associates kept apologizing to me. Well come to find out my whole interaction was with the "manager" so she says. She was unapologetic, for the wait nor how she presented me with that bagel. They were out of knives, so you can't spread your cream cheese. I asked for a refund and she didn't know how to do it. So the associate told her to just give me the $2.87 and they would figure out later. She gave me back my money and STILL didn't apologize "per just having great customer service." I told the associate she shouldn't be the one apologizing so much, if this is your manager it should be her. I asked for upper management's name. I told her I probably wouldn't call, but her attitude was nasty. And she "Cheyanne" ... the "manager" told me mine was to ma'am. The worst Panera I've been to ever. I'll eat dog food before I patronize this...
