Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fletcher

I have used this location maybe 10 times, it's a real hit and miss for this store. Meaning... Talked with an employee about different flavors of bone-in wings and decided with bone less and a pie. With a 30 minute lunch I got my oder and checked it, yes as you guessed bone in. Got a delivery of thin crust... yes, you got it pie cut not squares. Know someone was without cash and was wanting something to eat. Online ordered a sandwich and bread for delivery as a gift and without knowingi did it. 20 minutes later got a call stating, sorry we turned off the oven and not doing delivery tonight. Asked if they can send they order to another location and still get it delivered. Yes, you guessed it, was told it's not there job and they are they only store that delivery to the location in question. July 9th '22 online ordered 10 after 6. Walked in the store to pick it up at 15 after. No driver, cook complaining about missing driver, the cashier pulling food out ou the oven and placing the food all over the place. Then getting confused on which food went to the orders. Two different people got wrong orders. The driver shows up, no bags in hand, and the cook still complaining about the driver, and the phone has been ringing nonstop without being answered. At 630 when the order was to be ready. My order was not even prep yet. Called work let them knew was would be late coming back from 30 break. Asked the driver about my order, she went and started it. The cashier took over, and the cook was getting the orders ready for the driver, whom then started the deliveries. A manager(?) walked in and started making orders. At 640 part of the order was ready I asked where the rest was, yes, you got it in one, the manager just placed it in the oven. I just canceled the order and walked into Dairy Queen and 5 minutes later was leaving to go back to work to 65 mins after leaving for a 30 minute dinner break. So when I say use this location at your own risk, it's because half the time they are right and done correctly but half the time they are wrong and won't even try to fix it.

Hopefully corporate and or the location management pull read and try and fix this location. P.s. not holding...

Over the past few months I've been ordering less and less as the really seem to be dropping the ball. Specifically my last four or five delivery orders have been made incorrectly or had an extensive delivery time. But this one today really takes the cake for annoying. Please note that I live 9 minutes away from this location, 14 minutes by detour. At 1945 (7:45 pm) I ordered a pizza online. The online tracker kept me updated on when it had begun being made, gone into the oven, etc. At 2003 (8:03pm) the tracker told me that the pizza was done and being boxed up. At exactly 2033 (8:33 pm) I called to check on the status of my delivery as I hadn't been updated, and if the driver were to leave right now with my pizza, it'll be 45 minutes old when I get it, certainly not fresh. The manager says it hasn't even been made yet, but he's going to now. At 2106 (9:06 pm) the delivery driver calls to tell me she's 15 minutes away. At 2122 (9:22 pm) she parks right in front of my driveway and I open both the door and the window as I had been waiting, and flashed my outside lights several times. She began walking away from her car and around the park apparently, to everywhere but here as I was at least her second or third stop when I went to my neighbours yard to get the pizza from her at 2136 (9:36 pm). Disclaimer!!: I did indeed miss a call from her at 2132 (9:32 pm), just four minutes before I went outside and across the yard to get the pizza from her, but 10 minutes after she arrived.... Took me 2 hours to get this pizza, and either the computer, the manager, or both is lying and he's not being helped by incompetent staff. This time around: Used the "Any 2/$5.99 EACH" Deal-i-o! 2 medium pizzas, Memphis BBQ n 1 Parmesan bread bread bites, (These are NOT included in 2/$5.99 Parm. bread bites are 16/$4.50 You may get 32 count! Not sure the price though!😁) & 1 baked brownie w/cookies dessert. Pizza 1 were very good the Parmesan bread bites for kids the brownie cookie was good but I got some of the cheesy stuffed breadsticks is just the cheese kind cuz I have like jalapeno and all kinds of different stuff I just got the cheese kind and the cheese wasn't melted in the middle and it was really gross but other than that everything I've gotten from there's really good and I recommend getting the two for 599 each deal and you can add more to it you don't have to get it and says it to after the first two so like you could get two pizzas and then dessert or chicken bites whatever.
