Every time I go to this McDonald's (right down the street from my home and easier for convenience), I order fresh fries with my meals. Whether it is a 60yr old adult or a 15 yr old teenager serving or taking orders, the orders are incorrect and I get lied to about fresh fries 95% of the time. If I wanted fries that have sat there out of the oil and in the warmer for 5 minutes then I wouldn't be asking for fresh fries now would I? If I asked for a large drink, why am I getting mediums instead? The employees do NOT listen to anything the customers order (either that or they don't care). I have placed complaints with headquarters before and all I got was a call from the manager of this restaurant and a coupon for free food. I'm not looking for compensation. I'm wanting 100% better customer service and attitudes from people who are supposed to be adult enough to have a job and my correct orders. Frankly, this is getting old. I want the lies from the employees to stop and the talking "behind" my back (even though I'm standing right there) to stop. I'd also like to hair free food as well. That's what hairnets are for!!!!
I went in this morning and ordered some food with my best friend and we didn't get what we actually ordered. The cashier (an older woman I will not name here) acted like she didn't know how to use the machine in the first place. I ordered fresh fries and what I got were fries that sat in the basket above the oil for 5 minutes. My best friend ordered a large iced coffee. She got a medium in return. The order was not correct. When I asked if these were fresh fries, the reply I received from her was "Uh, yeah. They just came out." Then she proceeded to turn to her coworker and say loud enough for me to hear "Those fries just came out of the oil. Uh, yeah, they're fresh." Obviously they weren't because if I could hold a fry in my hand all through the restaurant and out to my vehicle, they were not fresh.
When you call regarding your order, you get managers who argue with you and tell you you are the one who is in the wrong and they do everything right (all said with a holier than thou attitude). This is not customer service! The food here used to be pretty good years ago. The service used to be great. So what happened? It's not hard to get orders right, fix food properly and to actually tell the truth! If your company does something wrong, own up to it and correct the issue. Why is it taking me twice to send...
Read moreSaturday 13 April 2024 The biscuits this morning were exceptionally light and fluffy, Bless the Biscuit Maker 🐈 😉 These biscuits are ginuwine southern biscuits. These are gooood! The hash browns are good and crispy but not like dripping and grease and still hot whenever they got about 10 minutes down the road. The cheese was melted over the egg oh so pretty! I love the McCafe mocha latte! Y'all it ain't just some powdered mix, it's real espresso beans fresh ground in the espresso machine and it makes the espresso shots and make sure mocha hot they just type in what it needs as it is all automated. After they load the beans voila. And don't worry about it being clean because whenever it's time for it to clean the machine shuts down and it won't come back on until it is cleaned.
I can tell that a lot of effort went into making breakfast this morning. Thank you!
These girls work so hard! I've become a late-nite regular. Gotta get that Caramel frappé BAYBE! Yum. (Yes it comes in Mocha, too!) Like I said, this has become my late nite go-to snack attack shack! I use the McDonald's App to get savings, and sometimes I'll use the points to get a few treats! I honestly thought that the McDonald's app would be lame like a lot of these other restaurant apps or lame. But, I have been pleasantly surprised so many times now! I consistently get great coupons 💵 a one time I forgot my wallet, on accident. I had no idea I pulled up I ordered my food and then whenever I got around to the window I realized I didn't have card! And so I told the man working at the window and he asked if I had the app and I said yeah and he got a hold of it and he fixed it and used my points to where it covered my whole order! That was a meal, a dessert, and a 'fancy' coffee! Wow! I say! And these ladies working at night are awesome! They are nice to me even if it's 2 minutes to closing! They have never gotten my order wrong. They try to accommodate my wishes. Like the coke was broke, the frappé machine was down and I was sad but as I waited for my food to come out one of the ladies working remembered that they have the espresso machine and she asked me if I would like an iced mocha instead. I'm always down for some espresso! I feel that these ladies go out of their way to make sure that their customers are happy. And may I suggest that you try the latest McFlurry wthe pretzel chocolate caramel....
Read moreI had brain surgery two years ago and have trouble speaking. Yes, you all were very busy, there was construction going on, and I believe a wreck on the interstate. I had ordered some food items but gotten some of my words confused when ordering two lattes and was trying to have you remove the Equal you had added to our lattes, because they had also been rang up with sugar free vanilla syrup. I had not noticed this up until asking for the Equal and was trying to think which way to tell you we only needed one sweetener and what would be easiest on you all. However, when you asked if everything was correct, the only way I could think of to say was, "Yes, but we just need one sweetener in our lattes." I heard someone remark over the headset they were done with this, and then the lattes were deleted. Then, no one would talk.
We had been driving six hours that day and simply needed something stronger than coffee to finish the trip home. We were still at the drive thru. I worked 25+ years in customer service, sales, and store management. We had no computers when I started. Registers were basically oversized calculators. It would not have taken a void, nor a "post void", nor verification of funds, nor a call to the credit card company, nor...despite having long lines at 30 registers. However, I know that clock is ticking, and if it had required something that might hurt your numbers or you had simply said, "Give me a moment here. I am just a little discombobulated.", I would have understandingly said, "I'm sorry. It was probably my fault. We'll take them as is." But, since things were handled as they were, we decided the best learning experience would let you deal with a drive off, a bad review, and possibly a chargeback if you charged the card on file.
