Arby's — Restaurant in Flint

Tried calling the dort highway location twice. No answer. I arrived about 8:39 pm and saw that there were 2 employees outside (1 with a headset) smoking. I placed my order and pulled to the window. The girl at the window had 2-3 inches of artificial neon green nails on her hands. I was given, not asked if I needed, 3 packets of horsey sauce that will go to the trash, and, 4 arby sauce for 2 sandwiches. Got my order and the curly fries were cold, hard, and inedible. Like they had been in the tray for hours. The sandwiches, Beef and Cheddar, only had cheese on half the sandwich. Understandable if it was on the top or bottom bun, however, cheese only on the left half and plain roast beef on the right is unacceptable. I am completely dissatisfied with the experience and food quality. Arby's has been one of my favorite fast food options since the 1980's. After last night, I don't know that it is any longer. I am thoroughly disappointed 😣.

This Arby's is actually the best one around my area in south Flint. No matter which time of day we go, and we typically go really late like after 9, it's always fresh and just good food. The workers here are very friendly and most of the time seem as if they enjoy helping people. I still think we owe the fast food workers as much recognition and respect that we have given to all of our medical workers during the COVID epidemic. They are regularly understaffed across the board in all types of restaurants, they have worked every day throughout this time, yet they still come back to do it again day after day. I know I for one depended on the industry way more than I should have. Regardless, huge thanks to everyone at this restaurant because the staff and their efforts are what keeps me coming back. Oh btw we don't even order roast beef all the time, we normally get their chicken tenders which are absolutely amazing if you like chicken....

Went here today for lunch it seems as if the person working drive thru thought I wanted 2 nuggets thrown In to make it a 5 piece tender as if the tenders looked any better, fries tasted like oil needed changing and when she gave me a new lid she only had her unwashed hands on the inside of the lid after she wasted most of my drink on me because she did not put the top on good and of course Im not drinking that. She then looks at me and says you need another top or sumthin? I said I could use one, like duh Tf. No sorry, my bad or nothing gave me napkins and shut the window.🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️This...
