Hardee's — Restaurant in Flomaton

I have honestly never had a more awful experience at any fast food restaurant in my life. These employees give all Hardee's a bad name and corporate will be contacted. All of these ladies were disrespectful and should NEVER work with food again.

They told us they "ran out of biscuits" at 10:00. Then they told us they "ran out of chicken sandwiches". We waited a literal 20 minutes for our food in the drive thru and I am not kidding when I say there were two people in the lobby ALREADY EATING and no one else in the drive thru. She brought our food out to our car and ROLLED HER EYES as she shoved the food through the window. (And yes, I'm going to be petty here) she forgot to give us our straws (there are four of us. Four orders) so I asked for straws and she brings me THREE straws. And then RUNS back to the door.. Yes Lord, are you ready for number six. This woman, Tiffany, pulled out a piece of her weave and put it in my sandwich. There isn't an ounce of my being that thinks this was an accident. Not. An. Ounce! Mind you, I was never, not once, rude to these women. I did not get upset when "they were out of biscuits" or when "they were out of chicken". I said nothing when she rolled her eyes and I didn't chase her down for my forgotten straw. Also, I have never given a restaurant a bad review because 9 times out of 10, it's just a bad day, it's a mistake that no one could help, and it's definitely not something I should get upset over or try to ruin the name of a good restaurant for having one small hiccup. But looking at that hair, so perfectly placed in my food... listen, these women are nasty for doing this. ALL of this, their attitudes included.

Just don't eat here, please. Keep on going, there's a whataburger on the left, y'all. I thank the good Lord my son was not with me because I would just never want to feed my son poison and only God knows what else they've done to the food back there. Lesson learned. This is the first Hardee's I have ever been in that was not clean....tables, floors, counters were all dirty along with windows. My Mom used the restroom and she said it was filthy and stunk real bad. It was not rush hour it was 3:30 in the afternoon. We were the only people inside. I ordered and it took approx. 5 minutes a little slow but I can deal with that. I asked for a large tea and was told "we are out" she did not offer to make any. She actually appeared stoned. My burgers came up and she bagged them and handed it to me, I reminded her that I ordered fries too. She said oh yeah and went and got them. She did apologize. I was a fast food manager for years and never would my restaurant have gotten so bad or my employees so lacks. I was truely embarrased to have taken my Mom there after talking about how good they are. It will be a while before I go back. This is the Hardee's in Flomaton. There were 2 employees only so for that time of day they were properly staffed and they were not rude just not service oriented or real friendly. I could not see the kitchen but going by the appearance of the front I would not be sure of its cleanliness. I do not like giving bad reviews but call it like I see it. Store definitely needs some attention both inside and out as well as some employee retraining. They definitely need someone who takes pride in their work and store!! It was...

Slow service cold french fries lots of health violations IF you watch. French fries hang in basket over fryer. Manager uses tongs to serve cold fries from basket then puts tongs onto dirty cabinet & uses them again full of DUST & GRIME. Manager shuts off fry timer because she serves COLD fries. Pay attention.. When fries are done cooking automatically a 7 minute timer starts so fries aren't served cold. when timer goes off fries are supposed to be garbage. Fries are timed so old food will be thrown away NOT SERVED. Manager serves fries til they are gone. Yuck! If you ask for fresh fries you get an attitude. Disgusting grease on floor. Since when can food workers wear long two inch fake nails and weaves not in a hair net? Never !!!!! that is a health violation. Also manager & employees don't know how to serve soda. Supposed to use ice scoop. Not dip cup into ice instead of using an ice scooper. So after changing garbage & handling money they grab a wax cup& touch all over outside of wax cup now they put all those germs into the ice when they dip it in for ice. Surprised ppl not very sick. Shame 'cuz Hardees food is good...
