Cook Out — Restaurant in South Carolina

Black guy at side of building drive thru window short dark skin. Has a attitude Not the first time encounter him with the not friendly attitude. Gave me wrong order and left out 2 of the trays I ordered. I parked. Went inside restaurant. Informed black light skin girl with long braids. Showed her my receipt. She informed the white man at the counter that I had his order. The black guy that was at the drive thru window is now doing something else. The girl at the register told him of the wrong order. He could have cared less about the order or fixing the problem. They fixed the white Man tray within 10 minutes. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting on the food trays that wasn't given to.me at the drive thru window. The black guy came with two tray threw them up in front of me and asked are these what you are waiting on. I said yes. He went in the back. Went to the drive thru window and threw them in the trash can. Said they are getting it ready for you. I thought at that moment ok. He showed some care. I wait and watched as they served other customers and drive thru. I asked to speak to the manager. The girl at the register said she is busy. She turned to go tell the manager then she came back to the register and said she not going to come because she busy. Refused to go even tell the manager I asked to speak to her. She asked the guy how much longer on the food. He said I don't know the kitchen is backed up. The way they were acting made me think that they were making me wait on purpose. I asked her are yall making me wait on purpose. She said no. I stood there until I had no more patience to wait for a hot dog and a cheeseburger tray. 30 minutes I am a register nurse and what I do have is patience. They need training on customer service and how to handle themselves when the restaurant gets...

Forget the fact they make the secondary line wait longer at the stop sign to cheat drive through times. (admitted by workers there multiple times)

Order food. takes forever. 2 trays. i leave. down the road. WRONG sandwiches. back to the restaurant. explain at the speaker what happened. they said they knew. and pull up.

I pulled up. they tried to give me someone else's order. I had to stop her and explain that no, i was the one who was already given the wrong order.

she gets snippy and takes my trays (note i tried switching a water for a coke 1st time through, but he said he couldn't take the water back once I had it, supposedly.)

i finally get her to realize i had my receipt and the wrong receipt for the food that wasnt mine. she then tried to get me to take only the sandwiches even though I just gave her my trays with sides.

a WHILE later i got my food. by this time my shake was melted (not for me) I asked if I could get it fresh (not touched). she said "no. have a good day" in a very rude tone and extremely flipant like i waster HER time. i was there for SOOOO long between the two times and left unhappy and with a melted milkshake that i had to throw away.

mind you, 1st time through, dude was busy making a phone call from his cell while trying to take my order. had to hand my card back twice because he didn't notice his machine didn't work, because he was on his cell phone.

I don't know if they were drunk, on drugs or just didn't care, but might be time for the district manager to see how things work at...

I tried this for the first time, on Monday. I'm writing this on a Friday. If you want a snack, this is your place. If you are hungry, DO NOT STOP HERE. I had a hamburger, supposed to be 5 nuggets (got 3), and street taco (doritos, taco meat, lettuce, cheese, & sour cream). The st. Taco was good but it wasn't enough. Honestly it sounds like a lot of food. Then they say the price, and you're even more shocked. Because it sounds like you're getting lots of food for 7-8 dollars. It's like a sample plate at a place where they don't have enough food for every one 🤦🏾‍♂️. So, I told myself, maybe I didn't order the right thing for a big guy, so I go back the next day. The next day I ordered a combo that comes with two chicken quesadillas. For sides I order fried okra, and a street taco again. The fried okra was GReat. The quesadillas were skimpy. I mean you can't even see the chicken in the photos unless you're on super zoom. Prices great, but I promise people would pay you more to be full. The strawberry cheesecake...
