This has been the one of the worst uncomfortable experiences that I have ever encountered in Starbucks history. I went through the drive through to get a grande medicine ball and a cheese danish Nyla took my order my order came up to 8.36 when I pull around to the window there was a blue SUV at the window I witnessed them passing items back through the window so when I approached the window a young lady with a name tag Samara was there to collect the money and my thoughts was I hope she is not going to hand me what the customer in the SUV just passed back through the window and Samara did just that I ask her can you please make me a fresh cheese danish because I just witnessed the encounter with the customer before me she than notion in a very aggressive tone to pull to the gate like I was a five year old at the park I asked Nyla who is the manager she than said to me that Samara was the manager I stated who is the the manager higher than her Nyla stated she is the highest but you can pull to the gate I pulled down to the gate while sitting there waiting on my cheese danish that I really wanted which one of my main reason to come to Starbucks Samara walks out and hands it to me for someone to be so beautiful she have a really nasty and snotty attitude I explained to she can not do things like that for food safety reasons the body language was as if she gave two cents about what i was saying to her like as if I wasn’t a valued customer at that moment I hope going into the future I don’t come encounter with these same...
Read moreI'm not sure what happened, but this was a terrible visit. Unfortunately, we were just passing through and needed potty breaks and caffeine to get us through the next 12 hours or so of our drive... wish we had stopped elsewhere, but as such, we won't know if it was a one time thing or regular for this location. Anyways, I walked in and immediately placed an order for two drinks, one hot and one cold, no issues. I went to the restroom, which clearly hasn't had attention all day, with overflowing trash (literally a full bag on the floor outside the overflowing can), toilet paper everywhere, except in the dispenser and just the tiniest roll sitting on top. Coming out of the restroom, I fully expected the drinks to be ready and then be on our way. They weren't, but that's irrelevant, I guess the drive thru was busier than when I got there, because no one else was ordering. When I got the first drink, venti white mocha, no whip, no foam, no room, I picked it up and it felt half empty. Weird, so I checked and it was half empty; I assumed they confused my request for no room, for room and thought it just needed more milk, so I asked the barista to top it off. The cold drink, Hubby's Java chip Frappuccino was a mess, with it dropping down the sides and everywhere, again, not a huge deal, but annoying. Fast forward, when my drink was a drinkable temperature, I was livid. I don't know what he did, or didn't do, but it was practically just milk, no syrup or Feinstein but a double shot. Read moreI am on a road trip and saw the sign for this Starbucks several times, several miles before the exit. I get in line at about 4:50 and there is one car that had just ordered and 3-4 cars in front of it. There wasn’t enough room for me to pull up to order. At 5:05 exactly, I finally get up to order and the lady tells me that they’re closed. I asked her was time they closed, she said 5 and I told her I had been sitting in line for over 10 minutes. She seemed to not know what to do (in this case, it would have been to take my order because I work in the service industry and I know that if a customer comes in before you close, even if you haven’t taken their order yet, you still do it) I then reiterated that I got there before they closed and that there was a line of cars behind me also waiting. I’m not sure what it is about Starbucks or why it takes them an average of 5 minutes to make one drink. I make espresso drinks daily at my job and even the most complicated ones take 2 minutes MAX. I know this review will do no good considering the size of the company but I hope this store can teach employees how to properly serve...
