Bojangles — Restaurant in Florence

Today I went to grab breakfast, and first time I used curbside pickup (position #1). I placed my order around 10:45ish. I didn’t know that I had to verify I was there, so I didn’t complete this step until 10:55ish. It stated my food would be ready at 11:07 AM. At around 11:09 AM I get out of my car and walk inside because my food had yet to be presented. Upon walking inside, I see a lone bag of food on a shelf two levels down; the level above has a clipboard, papers, etc. the topmost level was empty. I figured that was my bag of food but was very displeased at its positioning on the nasty looking shelf. Sure enough it was my food. Mind you, it is about 11:12 at this point so I’ve seen the bag just sitting there—no acknowledgement of my presence up to this point though. Remember “curbside pickup”…. This is out the window at this point as I’m inside. Anyhow, upon being greeted, I asked that my food be remade. The associate rolled her eyes, walked around the corner, and placed the same bag down. I didn’t feel like arguing with her (she is short, brown skinned, and very very unkept mangled locks). Overall, a very tacky, distasteful, and disheartening experience. Would if I was immobile? Elderly? Don’t go here if you are and order curbside pickup, as you won’t get your food and/or it will be cold, and no accountability will be taken on their end. I guess the service we get does reflect the pay they receive. May be a bigger...

The food is Above Average, but considering it's fast food that would push it up to Good, I guess... I always love a bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit when it comes to breakfast. Despite what I'm about to say, Bojangles STILL REMAINS as my family's Number 1 pitstop for on the go breakfast food without a doubt! With that being said, here goes...

Consistency is the only issue I find with eating out & it's more noticable at Bojangles. I could probably order the same bacon egg & cheese biscuit 3 or 4 different times of the day and all of them would no doubt will different... 1 of those 3-4 times, the bacon may be soft juicy & perfectly cooked, obviously how I prefer it. 2 of the other times, the bacon will be hard slightly charred and brittle, no bueno!! Then the 4th time around, the 2 or 3 strips of bacon on the biscuit will probably equal up to the size of a normal strip of bacon out of a pack at any local grocery store... I'm not even getting into the issue of whether your biscuit is as hard as rock or not... HaHaHa. Still love Bojangles biscuits, just check your food BEFORE leaving & you'll be just fine...

Came to this locate to go to the dentist and come to the restaurant to use the bathroom and the floor was slippery walking to the bathroom and in the bathroom. My grandmother and me went to the ladies and she couldn't get up from the toilet because it was to wet and slippery and then she almost fall by the hand paper towel just trying to get a towel to dry her hands if I wasn't washing my hands she would have fall and hint her head. No signs up in the bathroom or in the bathroom hall way. The manager came in the bathroom to see what I'm talking about. But like I told her if she have on the working shoes for no slips on. She is not going to see what I'm talking about, someone most have use the red mop on the floor not the blue one. My grandfather is 91 and my grandmother is 84. They could have got hurt bad because...
