Sky Zone Trampoline Park: a magical land where adults try to recapture their youth and children transform into screaming, sweaty pinballs. I went with a group of friends, confident in my athletic prowess. Five minutes in, I learned that trampolines are less “bouncy fun” and more “reckless chaos launchers.” I attempted a front flip, landed like a sack of potatoes, and immediately questioned every decision that led me to this moment. The kids? Oh, they’re terrifying. They bounce with no regard for physics, safety, or human life. One zipped past me, did a backflip, dabbed midair, and disappeared into the foam pit like a caffeinated ninja. Highlights: ✅ Dodgeball arena where I was pelted by 8-year-olds with the accuracy of Navy SEALs. ✅ Foam pit that felt like quicksand—took me 12 minutes, 2 strangers’ hands, and a staff member with a pole to get out. ✅ That one friend who tried the basketball dunk and ended up flying sideways into the safety net. The staff is friendly, the snacks are overpriced, and the adrenaline is free. You will wake up the next day feeling muscles you didn’t know existed. Pro tip: Stretch first. Bring water. Update your will. Would I go again? Absolutely. But next time I’m bringing knee pads, an ice pack, and maybe a lawyer.

We recently visited Sky Zone, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Azariyah, one of the team members, for her outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure our boys had the best time possible. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, making sure everything ran smoothly, and genuinely caring that the kids were having fun. Her positive energy and professionalism truly stood out and made our experience even better. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and kind in a fast-paced environment like this, and I hope Sky Zone knows what a gem they have in her. Thank you, Azariyah, for making our visit so memorable!

My 2 and 4 year old had a BLAST. I'm glad I did just 1 hour though. They were getting tired, ill and hot at the end. The experience was totally worth it. It was more than just trampolines. There were puts of foam blocks, obstacle courses, basketball and dodgeball, just to name a few things. I liked that the music and lights were not too overpowering. The bathrooms were clean.

The only good thing about going here was that the kids had fun while getting a workout. The staff was hella rude. First after booking the $280 epic package plus adding on food and drinks (which by the way are not made there and they only offer pizza from Papa John's which they don't tell you the pizza place they use you just find out when you get it) I paid a $149 and some change deposit. The party coordinator Lori is completely unprofessional, she sends you an email about confirming your party and I called her multiple times at her direct number provided in the email and left messages just for her not to call back when you have a specific time frame to verify your accommodations or you will get all cheese pizzas and whatever drinks they give you. I finally just called the park and spoke with a manager to verify my party plans. Lori calls me 30 minutes before the final time to verify which was 4:00pm that day to verify. I told her I already spoke with a manager and he said he would contact her. She had an attitude and said he already told her she was just making sure and tried to get me to change my room and time repeatedly after I told her I couldn't. When I arrived 30 minutes early as the email stated I had to wait in line for a long time at the party table and when I finally get to the front the girl acts like I don't have a reservation and sends for a manager. I showed her all my emails verifying my party and she's like oh just show the manager. Her name is Genesis by the way and she tried to get me to step to the side which I told her that it was almost our jump time and I didn't want to lose any of my time that I already paid deposit for. Her manager finally comes up and easily pulls up my reservation on her computer and she's says oh we have to make a paper and did everyone do a waiver. I told her yes I already said that, since she apparently ignored me when I told her the first time. Finally we get started and of course we had to figure out where to put our shoes and enter at since no one was helpful. Later some children from my party went to the restroom and the girl at the ramp to enter wouldn't let them in and said our party had already been called to go to our room which it had not. Their parent had to tell her this even though she had a attitude about it. After I was told this I went up to her to explain no one had called us yet and she's sitting there arguing with me and I told her show me who called us and what time which she couldn't. Finally we went to our room which no hostess was in. She came in when she noticed we were waiting and said oh are ya'll ready for your pizza (proof no one called). we had the room until 4:15pm and she comes up to me at 3:39pm and says you know you have to pay your balance right? I told her yes I know we are still eating and don't we have the room until 4:15? She says well when you're finish go to the front desk and pay your balance. When I got to the desk I asked to speak to the manager and explain my grievances and he just said oh I'll retrain the staff so it won't happen next time and my $205 balance went to $280 because they charge for additional jumpers which wasn't explained on their website or by anyone in the facility. I'm glad my family enjoyed the park but we will not be returning, it was to unprofessional for me. Why higher people who don't want to work and have managers who don't care. $429.47 for 14 jumpers for 1 hrs and less than an hour in...

Not only did they take my daughter money they gave us a dirty room and we clearly told them it was for a 5 year old boy but they decorated the room in pink. They gave us cold pizza and the employees was arguing and about to fight each other. When I finally got to speak to the so called gm of the store Chris he promised to fix the problem and call us back. Never called us back and now he’s dodging us and the employees won’t give us a corporate phone number now like Chris told me he would do. We are a black family and try to support all businesses but I’m sad to say this one we never will support again if you don’t have $400 to just throw away which is what my daughter paid for her son party I suggest you go someplace else. We even had to help redecorate the room in boy colors instead of the pink they did the room in. This is shameful and disgraceful on their part and I won’t stop until they rectify the situation. They clearly ruined her only child 5th birthday party and don’t want to make up for their mistakes my next step is to get a lawyer and call the news station yes I’m going to make them hear us. All our guest was disappointed as well and they are willing to make statements on what happened. Shame on you Chris & Defy you picked the wrong family to get over on. The worse part was the trash left under the tables from the previous party and a employee told this herself and she was...

Potential is there. The pros are great variety for jumpers of all sizes. Tough to get bored so quickly over an hour or two. Pricing is about average for jump parks. The place is clean. It’s new so it should be. We’ll see how that holds up over time. Now the cons. The rules are stated to not run bla blah blah but no one really enforces the rules. Workers are around but look bored and disinterested. Secondly is the check in process should be fast for members. There is a membership line but it’s always full with someone joining. Why have a separate line that’s always taken. That’s a long process. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes or longer for a member to get a band and go jump. This process needs to be fixed, fast. Lastly, not really a snack or drink section for jumpers to use. The Pepsi machines take your money and defy is in no mans land when it comes to walking to grab a snack. Overall a solid value and good time. Room for improvement for sure. Time will tell.

Update 10/09/19: Updated from a 3 to a 4. Employees have found there legs and have an order to checking in quickly. My kids still love the place. They are under 7 years old, and they never get bored. We normally got M-F around 2 to 3. It’s not usually business. I hear it’s busy on weekends. That’s not defys fault. It’s a good thing for defy. I’d give defy a 4.5 if I could. The .5 is simply for not having a...
