I shopped online for months for a bed that I fell in love with. The price was just way out of my budget. I finally ran a across a website that worked with furniture stores who submit bids for items you’re interested in purchasing. When I got a call from Tara at Knight Furniture with an unbelievable price, I immediately thought it was a scam company. OMG!!! Nothing could have been further from the truth. I only had to give a modest down payment to secure the purchase until the bed was delivered to them. The timeframe promised was on point. Their service and communication was outstanding and the delivery was handled with such courtesy and professionalism. What a wonderful and freshingly honest experience! I purchased 3 pieces of furniture through Knight Furniture last year. Not only were the prices fantastic so was their customer service. My furniture arrived in the timeframe they gave me and was in excellent condition. They were very professional and thorough with the entire order process! Delivery was white glove and I love all 3 pieces, great quality. I had a minor spring issue with the chair and they stood behind their product 100%. Knight's price was the best from several dealers I contacted. The terms of the purchase were clear.
